We bought our car from Dondelinger and for two and a half years it worked as expected and then one day when I went to start it I found the battery was dead. I had no way of telling how old the battery was so I bought a new one and 3 days later it was dead. Thinking that it might be defective I took the battery back where I bought it and they exchanged for another new one and 3 days later it was dead. I took the car to Dondelinger and they found an electrical component was faulty, they replaced it and after paying the bill for $630.51 we took the car home, Three days later the battery was dead. During this time, while on the road the voltmeter read 12.2 most of the time. We were going to use the car and when I hooked up the battery charger there was a bang inside the car. When I looked in the car window I saw the glove compartment door had dropped down and the light was on and I did not do this. When we used the car after this the voltmeter showed 14.8 –15.1. I hoped our troubles were over but the battery, once again was dead in 3 days..So we took the car back to Dondelingers once again and they checked out our electrical system and could find nothing wrong. Your mechanics took every fuse out, one at a time, and checked each circuit and could find nothing out of tolerance. My multameter show a battery loss of between .4 and .5 of a volt per day. To prevent the destruction of our battery we bought a trickle charger and hook it up every time we come home. I hope the problem can be solved next time we bring the car in. I rushed into the service department as it opened early one morning. My new 2024 Escalade had exceeded the mandatory 5000 service miles. I could not get this service done prior to leaving Peoria, IL for Minnesota for the July 4th holiday. I explained the need to get the service visit done to Service Advisor Karen Kukla. Ms. Kukla agreed to get the work done without an appointment to allow my return trip. I left the vehicle at 7:15AM and received a call before noon that the work was done. I appreciate the service of this employee. The response was "I'll do whatever I can to assist". This positive response was greatly appreciated and the quality of the service exceeded expectations.

Had a accident with my Pearl white Buick. Because my Insurance company had recommended Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park i went there. Set up work to be done, took 1 week to finish. Upon picking my car up it looked alright until i arrived home and parked in my garage.. At which time i seen 2 different colors of paint from the orginal to Morries new paint and the grill/ hood body line was not straight by any means. By the way it took them 3 times to get this straight, which should have been done right the first time. After all they are supposed to be professionals. Every person that looked at the car could see the different paint except for the people at Morries body works. Went back to the body shop and told them my concerns, there excuse was plastic parts look differnt than metal parts, but one metal fender that was replaced was still not any different than the plastic parts painted by Morries Body works. They tried to cover up there poor selection of paint color by as they said feathering the new color onto the hood and passenger door. Which did not work by any means.On my second trip back to complain about the color difference they started telling me i was not seeing what i was seeing and that the color was right, afraid not. Finally i was feed up with there BSing me and telling me i was not seeing what i see, many excuses. I told them i would be taking the car else where... My feelings are stay away from Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park.

I stopped in today to have my tire pressure indicator recalibrated. Was not sure how long it would take, first time I’ve ever had this done. I was met at the door by Rob and explained why I was there. He walked me back Tyler in service who was very attentive and said we can handle this immediately. He called for Rodger back in service who came up front right away. Tyler explained to him what was going on and he went back and grabbed the calibrator that he needed. He walked out to my car and within minutes he was done. While doing the calibration he noticed I had a tire that was low on air. He drive it into the shop and was back out after he also checked the other tires. All in all I was there about 10 minutes and back on the road. Rob, Tyler and Rodger were all very polite, professional and knowledgeable!!! I was very impressed!!! Thank you guys so much!!!

I have been doing business with Papik Motors for over 30 years, as well as my Parents and Uncle even before that and they lived out of town. Just had the service dept. work on my daughters vehicle as she was being told by an vendor in Lincoln, NE of issues / concerns with her vehicle. I told her to bring it to Papik's and we would have them take a look. $25.00 later the issue was corrected. They are HONEST and Dependable, I will not go anywhere else to Purchase or Service my vehicles, than Papik Motors. They are Awesome and Trust Worthy.
