Have had my car 1 week. - Pissed off

Have had my car 1 week. Estimated $1600.to fix and I would get it 2 days ago. Today the found a new problem. Need $600 more and maybe done in next 2-3 days. Have bought 3 new cars from them. Not 1 call or text from them since I brought my car in to be fixed. No calls returned. No updates from them. No cars there for me to use during this time. I am a 1 car family. This is a huge inconvenience for me. And they should have kept me in the loop. Not just order parts and not talk to me. Service department is deplorable!

Very pleased with our service. Work was done when they said it would be. We were given transportation to shop and eat while we waited. Service guys and receptionist were very friendly and explained what was done to our Jeep. We were told to give them a call if we had problems with the work that was done.

When my car showed low tire pressure too frequently, Paul I advised I should have it checked. When it was checked it was discovered by competent service staff that the tires were so worn as to be unsafe. Darrell K sought me out with a quote for replacement tires and advised that there was the potential for a blow out while driving, so I should avoid using it as much as possible. He helped line up a loaner vehicle for me so that on the day my tires were replaced I was able to make it to my scheduled appointment in the Twin Cities. During the course of the repair I worked with both Connie M and Paul, and the cashier, who checked out the loaner to me. Darrell put together paperwork so that I could apply for a rebate on the tires. Needing service is always an inconvenience, but the Heintz staff does a good job of making it as painless as possible. I have worked with all the service staff, and have never been disappointed. Thanks!
