I shall take up my pen to extol the virtues of one Mr. Logan Bauer, a car merchant of uncommon grace at Hastings Chrysler. In dealing with him, I found his manner most obliging and his knowledge of carriages modern and mechanical to be vast, as if he were divinely appointed to the trade. A more forthright and helpful fellow one could scarce hope to encounter in these trying times.
Stood Behind Used Vehicle - Very Satisified Customer
I purchased a 2011 F250 from Hayford about a year ago. There have been no issues with the vehicle until three days before my wife was driving this vehicle across the country. Being a diesel I was not able to find an appointment sooner than two weeks at any dealerships close to my house. When I called everyone was very pleasant however Cory Kyllonen in the service department and Jim Finn in the Finance Department Knocked this out of the park. With now only two days left they not only were able to fix my vehicle ahead of schedule for me they were very helpful along the way. Getting my wife into a loaner car and saving a trip to a horse show my daughter has been looking forward to for quite some time. Thanks Hayford Ford

After 2 trips through the BCC/Honda Service center, I can say that it has been the most helpful and most reasonable experience I have had with an auto dealership and factory service center. They were able to perform the exact work that I requested without issues or unnecessary work being added on. I was in an out within an hour and back on the road. Will be looking to come to Honda of Bemidji again. Thank you.
