First interaction, to the point of sale, and follow up out the door was amazing. Highly recommend this team from the front house staff to the service department. Cody (Salesman) is professional, courteous, and was accommodating. Above and beyond on customer service, communication, and going the extra mile for the customer. This young man deserves praise, career promotion, and hopefully stands out to his management. Ben (General Sales Manager) & the auto loan specialist were top notch with customer experience, timeliness from arrival to point of sale. Updated Service Needed for 12V battery after 68c recall. Service department is ran exceptionally well, keeps you well informed, has amazing wait area, and was professional/top notch thru the whole time waiting for battery replacement. Also huge shoutout to sales team when I arrived addressing the symptoms of the issue. Look forward to interactions/hopefully only preventive maintenance going forward.

It was really just a great experience of going out of their way. I went there just looking for a quote on some work, they took a look at the problem and said that they could get it knocked out within about 15 minutes. Granted it was a fairly simple chore as car repair goes, but just going the extra step was really nice.
