After working with Cody and Denise we knew what we wanted. They were professional but down to earth. There was no pressure, no gimmicks, just straight talk and no b.s. We definitely recommend them. Also, the dealership was big and fancy as most are but it was clean, bathrooms included!

This last visit was a perfect example of why; Jason in Service went above and beyond as always to work with me and explore every option available for fixing my Passat, as he knows I am working with a limited budget. Once I decided on the repairs, the service was completed quickly, actually exceeding my expectations. The service and parts depts are always very friendly and willing to help, and I love that they take the time to make sure my questions are answered thoroughly, and also that they follow up with me a couple days later to make sure that everything is satisfactory.
