After weeks of car searching, Mazda was one of the few dealerships that didn't run other car dealers down. So we decided on a Mazda which we had never had. After working with Cody and Denise we knew what we wanted. They were professional but down to earth. There was no pressure, no gimmicks, just straight talk and no b.s. We definitely recommend them. Also, the dealership was big and fancy as most are but it was clean, bathrooms included!

I'm very glad that Alex Rensch was my salesperson as the entire process of test driving, trade in and purchasing took some time, but was very professional, courteous, and above all, thorough. He was always upbeat and answered every question I had like a veteran even though this vehicle wasn't one the dealership normally would sell. He did his homework! I was given a fair price on my trade in and no haggling was involved as there was also a bonus $ trade in that I had no idea was going on as well that sealed the deal! Thank you for my new vehicle as I have received so many compliments in just a couple days after purchase, kind of overwhelming. Morrie’s provided us great service and care in the purchase of a new car. Their pricing was very competitive compared to another local Mazda dealership. Within 2 hours of arriving at Morris’s - we test drove, accepted the offer, dealt with financing and then we were out the door. The entire staff was great to work with especially Hedi and Andreas.

I have owned my vehicle for 7 years now, and am always satisfied with the service I receive from Eich Motors. This last visit was a perfect example of why; Jason in Service went above and beyond as always to work with me and explore every option available for fixing my Passat, as he knows I am working with a limited budget. Once I decided on the repairs, the service was completed quickly, actually exceeding my expectations. The service and parts depts are always very friendly and willing to help, and I love that they take the time to make sure my questions are answered thoroughly, and also that they follow up with me a couple days later to make sure that everything is satisfactory.
