Friendly dealership, they were super helpful in finding me my car and were not pushy. I highly recommend them over the other dealerships I went to. They even did it as a one stop shop and helped me get my financing and registration done in house so I didn’t have to go all over. I will definitely be back to buy from them again with my family and friends!

Also a shout out to Josh at the service counter. He took care of me and my issues in a very professional manner. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership!!! After long stretch of depending on writing a review or not, this is my short and honest review. I have also had an experience with a salesman named Patrick who seemed to be friendly and outgoing at the beginning. We saw the “numbers” (which did not match any of the discounts online if you did your own math calculating interest, tax, title, and license) prior to getting credit pulled and said we aren’t going to be able to do it. He tried hard and long to get us to lease the truck and we were about to walk out. He got us in a “cheaper” truck that would make numbers better, well a little better. The owner was saying he should be able to get us possibly around $499 a month for a lease. Welp we were still a minimum of $100 a month off. In the middle of all of the going back and forth they seemed to focus on talking to me more than my wife even though we would both be on the title or lease together. When we didn’t want to do the deal Patrick also started to become full of himself.l and pushy with trying to guilt trip us into buying the vehicle. We agreed on a truck but it wasn’t going to be there for a few days. My wife and I slept on it and backed out before we officially pulled credit to get the final numbers. We received multiple phone calls after we called and said that we are no longer going to do the lease. He were hoping/praying a young couple would make the mistake of leasing a $60,000 truck. I was hoping for a better experience but even after telling him no multiple times we had to block his phone number. Glad we slept on the deal and didn’t do business with Patrick and or his dealership.

Eide's Motto of "Timesaving, Hassle Free, Fair Price" is spot on! It's been a number of years since we purchased a new vehicle. After dealing with a couple of "local" dealerships, I found a 2025 Compass on Eide's website. I cold called Eide and was connected to Ethan Urbanowicz. He listened to my concerns and vehicle requirements. Ethan was extremely prompt in providing details on my desired Compass. We live 2 hours from St. Cloud and I had never processed a cars deal over the phone. Within a day, Ethan had all the details and an Out-the-door price to me. Eide had a great markdown price along with the Jeep Incentives and rebate. We arrived at Eide to find our new vehicle parked in front. Ethan, Tyler completed the sale in short order.
