Lloyd is the absolute best! This is our third time working with him. The reason is simple, from the very beginning we were more than just a transaction with him. He took the time to get to know us. Even when not seeing him for three years, he knew us when we walked in. There was no “sales pitch” - rather, “this is your car” - and he’s not been wrong. He also demonstrated care and compassion in helping us work through a difficult situation. We can’t recommend him enough!

I boughtr a 2004 X-type in o4'. At 22,000 miles the clutch failed completely...The response from the`dealership? It was my fault and no warranty would be honored. I've driven competitively in the` past and I have a 99' 911 with 56,000 miles on it. The clutch and transmission were gone` over in April at my request. The result? The clutch tension was essentially the same as when I bought the vehicle. I and my partners purchase new business vehicles every 2 1/2 years. This year we'll be visiting the nearest Audi dealership for A-6s or A-8s. Stay away from this bunch of scam artists.
