I want to thank Nancy Ogrezovich and her service/body shop team !! I have a 2018 Hyundai Elantra se with 64k miles on it. For the past 5 years I have had paint peeling which is covered under warranty. Nancy and the team got my hood repainted within a week's time and a courtesy rental that was very much appreciated. Keep doing what you guys are doing for more customers like me ! THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE 5 STAR To Bloomington Hyundai! I had an amazing experience purchasing my Hyundai Palisade ! Austin was my salesperson and was so accommodating and patient with all of my questions ! He even let us take it home to see if it would fit in the Garage space ! The Test drive was so easy and my friend and I got to try it out ! The staff is so kind and Is a top priority ! They filled the take up and started the car and had it running for all test drives ! The General Manager Tom was so fun and helpful ! The price and quality of the suv and the deals and warranty really swayed my decision to purchase! The finance department was so efficient and professional! 5 STAR rating for sure !! Recently interacted with this dealership.. Ultimately did not buy. The sales person was friendly and easy going and overall the experience was satisfactory. However, they did a couple things that didn't sit well with me. One was when they quoted me a price they told me the documentation fee of 350 was the same everywhere in MN. Not true, 350 is the max allowed by law in MN, but according to google, the average dealer doc fee is 125. Any misinformation sets off red flags with me, so I would encourage the dealership to adopt a 100% transparency policy. The salesperson did apologize and say he honestly didn't know that was the case (regarding the doc fees). I take him at his word, but this is why I marked him down one notch, he should have known. I ultimately did not buy the car, but left with pretty positive feelings about the dealership. However, as with any car dealer, use Ronald Reagan's words :Trust but verify'!!!

Absolutely terrible service and rock-bottom poor - Not a 20-something

Absolutely terrible service and rock-bottom poor communication. We have acquired 5 cars from this dealer in the last 6 years. No more. Tyler in the service department is the root cause of all the problems we encountered. He is a one-man, walking customer satisfaction killer. Hyundai sold us a car that experienced engine failure after only four months. The mechanical failure was a connecting rod bearing; a known problem with Hyundai engines about which there have been successful class-action lawsuits against Hyundai. Tyler lied about the warranty and falsely told us it will expire upon completion of this repair. Tyler promised us a low-mileage replacement engine, but it took days to get to the bottom of Tyler's lies about warranty coverage. By the time we solved the problems Tyler's lies caused, the low-mileage engine was no longer available. Now we're stuck with a high-mileage replacement engine. If not for Tyler and his lies, this would have been a simple matter, and we would have been satisfied. Instead, Tyler has robbed this dealer of our business. It's all about choices, Inver Grove Hyundai. Choose Tyler or choose customers. Pick one. There have been years of complaints about Tyler. The fact that he's still there tells me that management wishes to lose customers. I recommend you avoid this dealer. There are lots and lots of car dealers. No one needs a Tyler in their life.
