I had an amazing experience purchasing my Hyundai Palisade ! Austin was my salesperson and was so accommodating and patient with all of my questions ! He even let us take it home to see if it would fit in the Garage space ! The Test drive was so easy and my friend and I got to try it out ! The staff is so kind and Is a top priority ! They filled the take up and started the car and had it running for all test drives ! The General Manager Tom was so fun and helpful ! The price and quality of the suv and the deals and warranty really swayed my decision to purchase! The finance department was so efficient and professional! 5 STAR rating for sure !! Financing portion of transaction took WAY too long. We communicated that time was limited, but felt that request was ignored. We expressed a preference for paying cash, so it was very unreasonable. Dealing with Cezanne Martin was a joy, and she did her best to extract us from the financing piece of the deal.

They sold me a oil burning car a week before I had to drive across country for school. Not only am I racking up thousands of dollars of debt from a broken down car they willingly sol me they wont take it back nor will they help me with the fixes. I am so stressed with this car and I do not know what I am going to do. I now have to worry about making it home to my family for the holidays since I can not trust my own 2021 car. Happy hyundai has made my life a living xxxx and are laughing in my face.
