I recently worked with Connor Bowman to buy a Honda Civic Type R from Mills Honda and was absolutely amazed by my experience! This car has a limited production and there had been stories of price gouging, changing agreement terms, etc. Mills Honda didn't get greedy and sold the car to me at a very reasonable price. They honored the terms of my deposit even when several others called after trying to acquire the vehicle. Connor was always more than happy to answer any of my questions or concerns. He was always very prompt at responding back and made me feel much more comfortable with the sale. Upon arrival at the dealership I was warmly welcomed. While waiting for my car to be ready Matt Anderson, the general manager, took the time to talk to me. Finishing the financing paperwork with Danny Sargent was a breeze. Connor went over all the instrumentation of vehicle and made me feel comfortable with it. At the end of the sale the whole team that was working that day gathered to congratulate me. I really couldn't have asked for a single thing more. This dealership and it's team makes you feel like family. I absolutely can not recommend them enough and will definitely give them my business again, regardless of the trip I need to make, in the future.

It was very easy to set up my service appointment on line. I was graciously met by one of the service assistants as I drove into to the service bay. I did not wait long and I was cordially met by Service Mgr. Shelly whom immediately recognized me as a patron whom routinely brings my CRV in for regular maintenance. Shelly is very good at personalizing the conversation and yet is conscious of the value of a customer’s time. She asks all good questions and suggests we look at some areas that might need attention. I feel we are in a partnership in ensuring my vehicle is in top-notch shape vs working only as a transaction.

Everyone that I dealt with at the dealership was awesome and I'm very pleased with the purchase plus how they took care of me with questions or asked them to look at something with the vehicle. Love these people. Courteous and helpful every time I take my CR-V in for services. I bought it from here and am pleased with service quality. It may be slightly expensive but I expect that at a dealership. I’m comfortable with paying for peace of mind that I have knowing the service people are trained for Hondas.

I found a car located 90 miles from where I lived and called to see if the car was still available. Jonny Breuer stayed late so I could come and test drive it. There were a few cosmetic things he said they would fix and then deliver the car to me! The service and salesmanship was above and beyond excellent. I highly recommend this company!
