On the other side, the final step of signing paperwork from the business office was very lackluster. The attitude and overall negative vibe almost made me walk out the door without completing the purchase. But, in the end, working with Nate made it an overall positive experience

Poor service. Brought a GMC pickup in with a bad wheel bearing. Was told the whole hub assembly was removed to diagnose the issue. Found out the vehicle warranty didn't cover wheel bearings, I took it back home and bought a new bearing set. Upon removing the old bearing, I could see not one bolt of the assembly had been touched. I even had to tap the wheel to get it off. I do believe I was lied to. Won't be going back there..

I rushed into the service department as it opened early one morning. My new 2024 Escalade had exceeded the mandatory 5000 service miles. I could not get this service done prior to leaving Peoria, IL for Minnesota for the July 4th holiday. I explained the need to get the service visit done to Service Advisor Karen Kukla. Ms. Kukla agreed to get the work done without an appointment to allow my return trip. I left the vehicle at 7:15AM and received a call before noon that the work was done. I appreciate the service of this employee. The response was "I'll do whatever I can to assist". This positive response was greatly appreciated and the quality of the service exceeded expectations.

Very happy with the car buying experience here! My sales rep Matt responded to my request to see the vehicle extremely quickly. Had the car in pristine shape when I arrived to test drive it. I was in and out of there in an hour and a half, and came home with the car of my dreams! I could not be happier to have dealt with them....they are wonderful!
