Buerkle Acura = Great service, The Staff in all departments treat you with respect. They greet you when you drive in the door for service each and every time. You can call ahead and schedule or if you have a concern they are always willing to help, even if it’s new technology they take the time to answer questions. The prices are in line with all other Acura dealers for sales and service. I bought my car two years ago and wouldn’t go to any other dealer. If you have time you can wait for the service or on a new car sales they offer a car to use if the service takes longer than you might have. All the service writers are great. I was introduced to Abby Shank and she is fantastic. All the staff a really professional and great to work with. The only way to become a believer is stop by and make your own decision.
