The service associates i worked with were good. But Ford company and dealership as a whole is very disappointing. I have purchased a 2022 Ford Bronco a few years ago and have already dealt with several recalls and issues. Recently, I had to wait for over a month to get a loaner car for a problem that I thought was covered under my purchased Ford Gold premium warranty but was told that it wasn't to my surprise. And the issue with my windows, which was promised to be resolved a year ago, now is not covered to be fixed either, even though it was an apparent engineering error in the design. This is my first time purchasing a Ford vehicle (previous GM loyalist) and needless to say, I'm very dissatisfied with the Ford protocols and service coverage. I feel Ford has really dropped the ball majorly and it's made me feel hesitant on purchasing another Ford vehicle in the future.
