I always enjoy going for service at Morrie’s. I take the car right into the service center, go up to the service desk, check the car in with a service person who greets me with a smile and checks me in. I go in, have a delicious hot drink, text on my phone, and he comes in, goes over what they found and sends me on my way. If it isn’t icy, my car gets washed. The whole thing took less than an hour, and a few days later, I received a short video showing me the actual service they did on the car. Nothing to it. It’s easy fast and enjoyable

I purchased a 2012 escape from this dealership about a month ago. The test drive went well even for one with a stick transmission. I saw no problems and bought the car with a cashier's check. Within a couple days I could see an oil stain under it and the shifter never would engage consistently. Plus there was a squeaking belt that developed. I will probably end up selling it

Tyler did a great job, bent over backwards in trying to fulfill my desire for a certified used vehicle to replace my totaled MKC. He took the time to make sure I was satisfied during the purchase. He even applied on my behalf for a refund on the unused portion of the ESP contract on the totaled unit. I doubt if many other sales persons would take the time to do so.

Sadly I have watched my Mom get jerked around by the clowns in the "service" department. My Mom was having problems with her Subaru going dead, randomly. I checked the battery terminals and they were covered with corrosion. I asked my Mom why the didn't clean the terminals when they've had it in for "service", she said because they wanted to charge her to clean them up. These were beyond corroded. I cleaned up the battery posts and the connectors, problem solved. If you want to pay a premium for service and get the bare minimum, maple hill is the place for ypu
