My wife and I traded in one of our vehicles and bought a truck from Tim and Shane. They gave us a competitive and fair trade-in offer on our Rendezvous and were great through the whole process. We were able to look at the truck we were interested in without feeling like we were being hounded, as is the experience at many dealerships. They were very transparent and helpful through the whole process and we would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in a used vehicle. As for the negative review on here, just keep in mind that every story has 2 sides.

The net-net: The best VIP luxury buying experience I have ever had. Jose is a pleasure to deal with, absolute professional. I’ve bought a lot of high-end cars in the past. I’ve been shopping for my first Ferrari for nearly a year now. Buying a pre-owned Ferrari can be nerve-racking and requires a ton of research. Jose and the team at City of Cars went out of their way to put my mind at ease and were 100% transparent about every aspect of the vehicle. Here are 5 reasons why this has been the best purchase experience I have ever had: 1. Lightning speed follow up and total professionalism in communication. 2. In the vehicle walkaround, Jose and Dave not only highlighted the good, but were upfront about what’s not perfect. 3. Greet-to-drive off took less than 45 minutes (exc. test drive). 4. Complete transparency on price and accepted my offer on the spot. 5. Jose even brought out his drone and we had a blast shooting aerial videos of the car, such a nice touch! The only problem my mechanic could find was it needed an alignment. That afternoon they offered me what the internet said my car was worth so I bought it.

I called dozens of other dealers from the West Coast to the East Coast and Jordan was the only salesperson that was all over it. LaFontaine Kia of Dearborn didn't have a crazy ridiculous Market Increase on the vehicle and it was within reason. They had what I was looking for and made the deal happen.
