My car was serviced three times for electrical shutdown. Mark. The red head in service has services car with battery even though the day it shut down it fried nmy radar detector. The car sat at dealership for nine months since ibqas scares to drive and mark said he would give me service order but not paperwork stating the car is safe and road worthy. That was nNov 8 2013. I picked car up late July since tags expired on Aug 15. Upon pick in up mark stated oil looked clean so he didn't change even though it sat for 9;mths. There was a part I didn't know of or authorize .power steering reservoir and lines. When asked Mark said it was leaking and he changed it. I then asked to see part. He said it didn't apply since I wasn't charged for part. The floor boards in back are rusted through. The car was just towed back last week Oct 2014. I'm still paying on car and have not drove it in almost a year. Today I went to pay and they were gonna charge me collision insurance. I said no and explained. Guess as long as car is tbere they won't charge. I still pay on car because I don't want tomess up credit or get sued. I needed a car when iI purchased vehicle since I'm a single mom of four I needed a reliable car in which I thought I was purchasing for almost eleven grand. The car will not be driven by me their mechanics obviously don't know cars. Do NOT buy car from here!!!!!!

The work was completed properly in less time than anticipated with reasonable charge. I appreciated the complimentary check-up, but the report indicated I needed a check up at 60,000 miles when I already have 83,000 on car. I presume they meant 90,000. I know it was very slightly sprinkling, but I really missed not getting the usual complimentary car wash.
