I feel everytime I visit the dealership as I am part of the family, as the greeting I received from the Manager with his approach if he can be of any assistance, also the warm welcome by the Service Advisor/ Taleisha Shelby with the way she greeting me and other I sow, smiling all the time, good listener and she do take her time to explain the required repairs and work with you in doing it in time manner. I do recommend if you visit the dealership for repairs do talk to her. ( Seven Stars). ******* Thank you Taleisha Shelby

I have nothing but PRAISE for the service department. Once again Jameson, Dennis and Dave have pulled through for me. A while ago, I had a question about a problem I was having on my car. They were able to look at it, explain everything to me in detail and off I went happy as can be. They were very professional, honest and sincerely cared about their work. This is one of the best dealerships I have worked with. I have been to many dealerships in Ohio and Illinois as well.

Riverside Toyota is a great dealership! The sales people are wonderful, and the service department is the best I have ever encountered. They are very honest and reasonable. I have all of my service done there. I couldn't be happier!

We had an issue with our car (Lexus) as we were driving to Traverse City late on a Friday afternoon. We spoke with Sam in Service and he was very helpful, telling us to bring our car in and they would take a look at it. When we got there, Kevin was the agent we worked with. He was very professional and within an hour the problem was fixed. Thanks for fixing a problem for total strangers on very short notice. Much appreciated.

The only thing I was alittle upset about was this is the second time after I get an oil change that 3 days later I receive a coupon in the mail .which is only good for that month. It would be nice to be able to save some money on a synthetic oil change

This was my first experience with "any" Toyota dealership, and I cannot express enough, how happy I am. Marcella Milwee is second to none when it comes to customer service and respect! I was so nervous about what to expect since we have never owned a Toyota before. Let me tell you EVERY single person that I came in contact with, were beyond polite and professional. The two different shuttle drivers that I had were both extremely polite and courteous.
