I had a very pleasant experience at the Sunshine Toyota service department. I received a warm welcome from the front desk when I arrived. I asked for help with understanding some things about my car and someone was ready to talk to me and help, as soon as my car was finished with its required maintenance. I spoke with Jayden, a very nice man, who seemed more than happy to help. I asked several questions and Jayden was very patient and very kind with his answers. I never felt rushed or embarrassed that I did not know how to access many things on my new car. It was such a pleasant experience! I have been to another Toyota dealership in Dundee that was not a good experience and I will never go back to Dundee! I am so thankful for all the kindness shown to me at this appointment. Great job Sunshine Toyota! See you again in 5,000 miles!

Went in twice for scheduled recall service. - Dissatisfied

Went in twice for scheduled recall service. Never got back to us about the rental car we requested as we come in from out of town. Both times the recalled part was not in. The second time they wanted to keep car another day so we could pay for another days rental. Really??? Talked to manager twice. Still waiting for apology but I doubt I'll get one. Scheduled oil change also takes a long time. I could mention names but I won't. Instead I'll turn to social media. Buying the vehicle there was a good experience but after spending all that money they don't seem to care.

I scheduled warranty work on my Toyota 4Runner early in the morning. The staff told me it would likely take a few hours. Due to my location in the Upper Peninsula, they arranged for a rental vehicle and told me I could return the following day. My vehicle was ready as promised and I was on my way. Ryan in the service department was awesome and handled all the details. This is a very nice facility and I would recommend it to anyone. Great job!
