Today's visit was our second routine warranty oil change & tire rotation, and on both occasions Corey Randall, our Service Advisor, made sure we received great service and were in and out as quickly as possible. We even received a full video report from Technician Khalil Randall covering our car's service and current condition. The folks we've dealt with and service we've received at LaFontaine Subaru just plain can't be beat!!!

It was easy to schedule my repair online. I was greeted promptly and politely when I got to the dealership. The waiting room was clean and quiet, plus free hot drinks from a Keurig K-cups type coffee maker were available. The estimated time to complete the repair was on the mark, too.

It was a fantastic experience! I called on Wednesday and asked for an appointment to have my oil changed. I explained that I worked until 4, and I was told "no problem, we can get you in tomorrow"! The gentleman at the counter went over everything with me. Where things stood with my breaks and filters, how much longer they should last, and was extremely polite. The guy was outstanding!
