Traveling through Newberry on a weekend vacation, my E150 van developed a leak in the heater. The dealership was very accommodating in evaluating the problem and attempting to find a replacement part on a Saturday morning with other customers waiting. In the end it would have taken a couple of days to get the new heater core. I opted to try a leak stop product which allowed me to get home. There was no charge for their labor. All in all a very satisfying experience.

Thank you for great customer service! Donnell Raymond kept me informed on the progress of the repair and it was completed when expected. There was a shuttle that offered to drive me where I needed to go.
