Traveling through Newberry on a weekend vacation, my E150 van developed a leak in the heater. The dealership was very accommodating in evaluating the problem and attempting to find a replacement part on a Saturday morning with other customers waiting. In the end it would have taken a couple of days to get the new heater core. I opted to try a leak stop product which allowed me to get home. There was no charge for their labor. All in all a very satisfying experience.

John gets our car in and the work gets completed in a timely fashion everytime we bring it in! John goes above and beyond to help us out and we are so thankful for him! Thank you for great customer service! Donnell Raymond kept me informed on the progress of the repair and it was completed when expected. There was a shuttle that offered to drive me where I needed to go.
