I went to Nissan of Macomb on 7/29/24 for a scheduled oil - wmualumnus
I went to Nissan of Macomb on 7/29/24 for a scheduled oil change appointment. When I got there, the employee said they won't service my vehicle. I replied, they could have told me that before I drove a half hour there. His reply was, "We don't have to." Well, yeah, of course no one is forcing you to provide customer service. It's just assumed you would. It takes two seconds to cancel the appointment, thereby generating a cancellation e-mail to me. "Courtesy" is not in this dealership's vocabulary.
This is on the heals of an incident in which Nissan of Macomb called me 25 times total over 3 days and texted me several other times trying to sell me a new vehicle. I texted back that my vehicle is brand new already. They said they'd make a note of it, yet the texts continued.
Before that, I e-mailed Nissan a couple months ago and again a month ago asking for a quote on an extended warranty, but they never responded.
Service is dismal at Nissan of Macomb.
