The General Manger Erwin Kendrick and Service Manager Stephanie Leugers went above and beyond my expectations. On May 29, 2023, My 2022 Ford Shelby GT500 started smoking around 2:40 pm. I called several Ford Dealerships in the area and none of them could get me in until the third week of June. Cole Ford said if I could get my car to them by May 31, they could look at my car. I had my car towed to Cole Ford on May 30. On May 31, Cole Ford called and said they found the problem. It was the transmission oil cooler leaking. Erwin Kendrick and Stephanie Leugers also help facilitate the repair and helped with the question I had with Ford. They handled it all in a professional manner. It was longer than expected repair. Cole Ford had the part well before the fluid was available. Ford Motor Company was unable to get the fluid to fix my car because it was on backorder. I am pleased with Cole Ford and would recommend them.

Came in for a works package for my f150 didn't have an appointment and they still got me out of there in under an hour. This is my first time here but definitely will be coming back in the future. Staff is friendly as well I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any service needs.
