We brought my wife's 2020 Honda Fit in for service today - kcfield

We brought my wife's 2020 Honda Fit in for service today because the car required a jump start earlier in the day. Chris O'Lear on the service team brought the car in for service earlier than the scheduled appointment so my wife would not have to wait. They did a thorough evaluation of the battery and determined that it needed replacement (fortunately it was under warranty). After my wife checked out, he texted me to let me know the rest of the electrical system was fine and that the battery replacement resolved the issue. Chris' professionalism and excellent customer service was most appreciated.

Brought my 2018 Honda CRV for recall work and oil change on Monday 3/17/25. Was told on 3/18 that it was ready for pick up. Agreement was made to pick it up on Wednesday, 3/19. On arrival, they were unable to locate my vehicle or keys for about 20 minutes. I asked, You lost my vehicle? The answer, No, we just can't find it. When it was located, I was shocked and disgusted to find the inside totally trashed. Driver's side: muddy. Front passenger had items normally kept in the rear. Back seat also trashed. On arrival home, it took me over an hour to clean my vehicle. Makes me wonder if the work I took it in for was actually done and why they felt the need to trash my vehicle.

Today, my service Advisor was Mark Formosa. I was in and out in time under the estimate I was given. Mark was professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions. Both Matt Burns and Jim Raj were also Helpful. I've been going to LaFontaine for over 15 years with four (4) different vehicles! They are very knowledgeable, helpful and provide excellent service!
