I own a Ford F-150 and I paid $5,000 to the dealer because they told me I needed turbos. I didn't even get my car home and it died. Now they're telling me I need to pay $11,000 for an engine. I feel it was diagnosed and I shouldn't be responsible for all of this money. They are not offering any compensation or any help whatsoever.

Great service when passing through town - e_man262
I was vacationing in the area when my rear window was broken by stones from another vehicle. I called to see if a replacement window might be available while I was in town. It was not. Rick Bartels was very accommodating and professional. He had the service/body shop wrap my window with a temporary film to get me to where I was going. Great job by all there. The wrap was done so that it stood up to a couple thunderstorms without leaking and there is no noise on the interstate while driving. I would highly recommend.

Impressed with the personnel from the service manager, mechanics, bookkeeper and salesperson that showed us a new truck. Recall on my jeep was explained on first visit, part ordered fast, few days later my appointment was scheduled for 3 days later and job was finished in 1 1/2 hour, including a top notch oil change by great employees. Will be coming back with all those knowledgeable people and smiles. Thanks everyone.
