Traveling through Newberry on a weekend vacation, my E150 van developed a leak in the heater. The dealership was very accommodating in evaluating the problem and attempting to find a replacement part on a Saturday morning with other customers waiting. In the end it would have taken a couple of days to get the new heater core. I opted to try a leak stop product which allowed me to get home. There was no charge for their labor. All in all a very satisfying experience.

I have 3 reasons experiences not to bother with Rick Ford. First I bought mint 1980 Trans Am it was clear the carb needed rebuilt but they convinced me it was from sitting and it would be fine & would clear itself. It NEVER did. The car stalled frequently. Second took 32ft BOunder for a problem that turned out to be the catalytic converter. We had had A tune up on it that week. Larry diagnosed a tune up and proceeds to charge us $900.00 for it. On top of that he went ahead and did the work with out permission. So I told them were not paying showing the receipt for the prior tune up. And we did not. Larry being spiteful bolted the catalytic convert back up tight and sent me on my way knowing it wouldn't go. I had to go back after 5 miles and have him un bolt it so i Could get to Tuffy muffler in shields (who side swiped a telephone pole putting it into the bay) This guy Larry is a trip. Last and yes I finally have learned my lesson and I hope this helps people! DO NOT USE THERE BODY COLLISION SERVICES. It is not in house its actually way out in Brant Not FORD certified. WE had a 99 Ford ranger in for accident repair they had to take it back twice for rims not painted and not finished job. They drive it back and for put over 100 miles on it drove all the gas out. But when I picked it up RICK FORD BODY SHOP had backed the right top corner of the tailgate into something and it was smashed in. the insurance company has the pics prior to there having the truck so they cant lie out of that. NOT TO HONEST NOT A GREAT TRACK RECORD STAY AWAY

On service i just took my truck in for maintenance My service writer Kristen was right there took care of me, they got me in and out in no time. This dealership has definitely changed after changing hands to the Serra Group. Doug has told me since November that he would get me into a glass shop to fix the Defroster Tab that came unaffiliated with the window surface. It's now almost March and it so is not resolved! The Gaylord dealership is much worse than Kalkaska as their technicians cannot glue the Tab onto the window properly. Avoid the Gaylord dealership at all costs!!! This should be covered under Warranty but still not fixed!

I bought an F-150 from Sieman’s Ford in 2018. A good truck but recently the wipers would not stop going even if turned off. It turned out to be an electronic part, and Siemans replaced it. All competent but here is the praise. John in Siemans service department was diligent in helping get the repair claim accepted by Zurich insurance on the extended warranty I bought through Siemans. He called them several times after they initially stalled the claim. I appreciated his going to bat on behalf of me, a Siemans customer. I also appreciated his overall professionalism in handling the servicing of my truck. Hooray for Siemans Ford truck service!

Signature Ford Service Department did me so wrong that I can't even find the words to say. I had a truck that was in need of repair, leaking oil and no heat. The truck did not run, so I entrusted, Signature ford to diagnois the problem. They came back with a bad coil and spark plug and said it needed a starter. Missfire on cylinder 4. they repaid the coil and spark plug and said it cleared all codes and they test drove it said it has lots of power. I told them the truck was leaking oil to please check and advise. they came back with it needed a new head gasket, oil level indicator, starter motor, tensioner, EGR valve, hose assembly, tube assembly a guide, tensioner- timing chain, chain -timing,arm timing chain tensioner, tensioner timing belt, thermostat assembly, air cleaner, bolts nuts studs, tension pulley, Oil was found to be leaking from the right RH cylinder head near the left rear corner oil leaking out and onto the starter. I said go ahead and make the repairs to the truck. From the day I took it in until the day I got it back was 1 and 1/2 months and I invested $4773.31 in the vehicle they assured me that the truck was ready for another 100,000 miles. when I received the vehicle back one of the coil packs was zip tied to the engine, came back with a broken overhead intake manifold (which they did repair). Now 2 months after I get it back the truck is burning 4 quarts of oil every 3 weeks and when it was leaking oil before they fixed it the truck never leaked that much oil in an entire year!!!! they also lost a magnetic business sign from the side of my truck that still has not been replaced even through it was promised that it would be. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Crooks!!!! I am not sure if the reason I was treated this way is because I am Hispanic. I didn't realize that this dealership was so desperate to make a dime....I still ended up with no heat!!! I took the truck to La Fountaine Ford which I would recommend to anyone, they fixed my heat!!!

Service team went above and beyond! Turned a bad experience into a good one with all of the current part shortages. I appreciate their 'thinking' of the customer. This is the 2nd time they turned a bad experience into a good one due to current part shortages. Back in March, my vehicle was still not done due to a part that was not coming in on time. Service team and ownership made sure that it wasn't going to affect my upcoming obligations. They truely went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. These days, customer experience is almost gone in many industries, including automotive. I appreciate their understanding of my needs, and took care of the issue as fast as they could. Thanks again for your hard work!
