You Will Not Receive What You Pay For.... - David W.
I've purchased 3 new vehicles from this dealership in the past 36 months. I decided to let them perform the maintenance on them since they are still under factory warranty. I brought my F-150 in on December. 18th for a routine oil change and inspection. I picked it up that night after the service was supposedly complete. The next day I noticed the wiper fluid was empty, which on the inspection sheet was marked that they filled it. Ok, not a huge deal. The day after I noticed that the "reminder" sticker for my next oil change in my window had less miles on it than my truck currently had. Still, I marked it off as strange. 1500 miles later, my "change oil" light came on. I called the dealership and spoke to either Mike or Steve and asked if it was possible that my oil really hadn't been changed. I was assured that in "his 17 years", that had never happened. I pulled the dipstick the next morning and the oil was extremely black, not what you would expect after 1500 miles. I took the truck back to them so Steve (service manager I believe) could look for himself. To his credit, he agreed that the oil was never changed. I've spent over 100k at this dealership in the past 36 months and I can't even trust them with basic service. I would be extremely cautious with more extensive repairs at the dealership.
