I always have a great experience at Fred Grande Ford. Whether it is with "my" salesman Cody or in the service department with Chip. I ordered a Maverick in 2022 and I was kept informed all along the way until I took delivery. I also get the same courtesy from the serbive department. The work is done on time and done very well.

Plain and Simple,...the Service Department cares. They went as far as pulling up "ALL" records of recalls and even talked to Porsche of North America on my behalf to keep my costs as low as possible. Lastly, they are "ALWAYS" very informative about preventive maintenance on my vehicle along with being very patient with all inspections to be at times 99.9% accurate with the proper diagnosis and solution.
