The service here is terrible. They are always short-staffed on technicians. It takes weeks to get an appointment. When you finally get your vehicle in for the appointment, it can be several days before someone looks at it. Recently, they had my car for a couple of weeks, saying that the part they needed was held up in Mexico. I went into the office only to find out that the part had arrived a week before. I've had to bring my vehicle in multiple times to address the same issue. The first time they misdiagnosed it, they fixed the wrong issue. The second time, they claimed to fix it, only to find out that the problem still existed the next day. It won't be long before I sell this car and move on from Jeep.
