The service department is the worst! Stopped and explained to one of the girls I had lost power a couple times, it has 2 recalls and radio screen is black and if they could look at it and she said she could get it in December 11th and that was just to look at it. I swore at her and went inside and told my salesman, Jake Symon who went out with me and got the system working again in only 1 minute. This is the 3rd time In 7 months I've had problems with this service department. I tried reaching Jake LaPart, manager and left message but he never replied back. There was no reason to have to wait 2 weeks to have it looked at. Shame on St.Clair Chrysler for how they handle their faithful/loyal returning vehicle buyers. All 3 of my trucks I have leased from them I have had to reach out to Ram and end up with them being serviced by another dealership! My thanks and appreciation to Jake Symon for the kindness and caring he has shown me. Just to say, I will never take another vehicle there for service ever again, I would drive to another state if I had to. The girls they have at the service desks suck as well. All I have left to say is after losing all power twice now, once on I-75 if it ever happens and causes a crash I will sue them as well as Ram. If your gonna sell vehicles then put people in service that can at least look at the vehicle. I just want to warn anyone who is considering their service avoid them at all cost. Shout out to my salesman Jake Symon, I highly recommend him for your next vehicle! I had high expectations with Jake LaPort, mngr, but after this experience he was a big let down to not return my call especially since I was out of town when this happened!
