I took my jeep in because it was leaking antifreeze. They took several multi-day appts before they found the issue. I had a blown head gasket. After months of waiting for parts to come in and my miles going over warranty, they got me in. Still covered under warranty. They told me it was an 8 hr job and they needed 2 days to do it. I made an appt for Thursday and Friday of the following week. I use my jeep for work on a mail rt, so when I don't have it I have to take vacation days from work. Well tomorrow will be 10 days vacation I've had to use for that 8 hr job. It has now been 2 weeks that they've had it. It's very frustrating that it is taking this long. I was okay with 2 days, but 2 weeks is completely ridiculous. That means they did less than 1 hours work per 8 hour day. They took 10 working days to accomplish an 8 hour job. They clearly have no concern for their customers. They took 10 vacation days from me for an 8 hour warranty job.

I took my Jeep Wrangler to Parkway for a brake issue thinking I had a caliper problem. The Jeep pulled hard to the left when braking. The technicians discovered that my problem was being caused by faulty brake lines and that the caliper I thought was bad was actually in great working order! I would have never found this problem in my own garage, these guys know their stuff! Who'd have thunk it? There was one disappointment I encountered where the service department was so backed up (not really their fault, everyone likes Parkway) it ended up taking another day longer to repair and being without my Jeep an extra day was very inconvenient. It was April 20th 2022 when I picked up my Jeep with the work completed. When I approached the service manager and told him about my disappointment with the time it took and suggested my own solution to him to make up for the delay, he accommodated me immediately with a smile, a handshake, and thanked me for giving him a solution along with my complaint that would result in my complete satisfaction with my experience. He really appreciated my amiable attitude and was happy he did not have to try to come up with a solution to satisfy me on his own. On the drive home the braking system performed flawlessly! Thank You Parkway! From my whole experience I would recommend Parkway to anyone and everyone for their service needs and I will definitely be returning next time my Jeep needs any work at all.

I'm an owner of a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee and decided to finally take my vehicle in for recall work which is free of charge. My vehicle was running in tip top shape before I took it in. They took one week to replace an ignition switch and when I went to pick my vehicle up I couldn't drive it off the lot. Suddenly there was no acceleration response and I suggested somebody broke something on the throttle body while working on my vehicle. Sure as ever they told me my throttle body connector was damaged and said it was when previous to taking it in. They didn't warn me about the damage until they knew I couldn't drive the vehicle. They must've never even test driven the vehicle prior to work.I asked for previous fault codes in the vehicle and they could not provide me with them thus proving that the damage couldn't be verified as a previous problem. Do not let these people do what they did to me.

Greatly appreciated Pickney Jeep doing warranty work even though I bought the vehicle at another dealership. Best dealership I have ever worked with!

We purchased our first Van at Preferred in 2010 and followed up in 2017 with a Chrysler Pacifica. we have had them serviced when in Michigan entirely by Preferred and have been excessively pleased with the purchase procedures and service. In every way they have met or exceeded their words. In one instances we were scheduled to be leaving the state for a time when an accident threaten our plans. The Pacifica was a newly redesigned model and a check with Glass companies indicated tailgate glass was not readily available. Preferred body shop expedited shipment, replaced the glass and tailgate hinges and repaired other damage in three days resulting in but a one day delay. They have provided free oil changes and fast service. In every way we are confirmed Preferred Chrysler customers

After holding vehicle for 1 week and replacing front suspension parts the alignment was done by "professionals with 55 years in business". As result of the work tires are shut (the steal belts are showing - severely toe in with inside of the tires worn off) - replacement plus alignment ran $800 plus for the set of four. The manager subsequently refused full reimbursement after initially honoring it several dais prior. They will never have my business again.

Been bringing my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan here for service since I bought it new, and as a 10 year old car with 200,000+ miles, it needs its share of work. Everytime I've brought it in, the service advisors and mechanics have been thorough, fair and have provided quality work. I highly recommend and would only buy Chrysler vehicles with the Maximum Care Warranty package, google it. It gives you lifetime unlimited miles mechanical coverage.
