This USED CAR dealership doesn'T realize that people buy and sell used cars. I went for an oil change. I made an appointment via the internet using my name. Talked to Glenn in the service department using my name. When I checked in for the appointment, I gave my name. This dealership only goes by the name attached to the VIN number. So I waited about half and hour after my oil change was finished because these people called my car's previous owner's name, not mine. When I went up to the cashier, I asked if my oil change was done. She asked if I was "Linda". I told her "no, my name is michelle". She then informed that they "go by the invoice". So I sat there for half an hour because I did not know my dead mother, whose name is Linda, brought her car to this dealership? My mother hadn't driven my(this) car in almost 4 years. How am I to know that she brought the car here? Why did I bother making an appointment in my name if they are not going to use it. What about people who don't know the previous owner's name? How long do those people wait? I want you to know that I was so upset by this expierence, that my sister had to call on my behalf and speak to the service manager. He was completely useless. He doesn't understand that people buy and sell used cars either! He didn't care that he has lost business because of this. I won't be back. My sister won't go at all and her car needs some very expensive repairs. We are now telling our father, who hopefully, won't be back. I told all my co-workers, who now won't be going. All of us would rather pay more at Master's Oil Change and Car Wash, just to be called by our names!
