2 failed engines and numerous Electrical issues on lease - Sickofit
This dealer is incompetent and u professional. They do not return calls and have no regard for the substandard care they sell and lease. Leased 2013 ATS. 4 cylinder. Needed a. new motor at 15000 miles and then again at 180000. Cue was also a failure. In the shop for weeks. Loaner ATS failed and the dealer did nothing. I had to call them back every time and car can't be fixed Would not recommend GM or this dealer to my worst enemy.

Sydney at Dorian Ford review deserves five stars for her - KKS719
Sydney at Dorian Ford review deserves five stars for her patient help with my problems with my windshield wipers and syncing my phone. She walked me through the process with a smile, and explained the process so that I now know how to do it. Kudos to Sydney and to Dorian Ford!!!
I had an appointment to get my car serviced at 9AM Monday... - rmdeyoung45
I had an appointment to get my car serviced at 9AM Monday morning. they took my car in right away and in about twenty or thirty minutes came out and told me what the problem was and that they had the part to fix it. Told me that it would be about an hour and a half and asked if I planned to wait for it. I told them yes I would. At ten AM they came out with the keys and said That I was all set. I went to the window and paid my bill. After getting home and looking more closely at the bill I noticed that I was charged $287.92 for labor. Also on the bill it stated that their labor rate is $115.00 per hour. My car was in the service area for one hour give or take five minutes yet I was charged $287.92 for labor! That is two and a half times their stated rate of $115.00 per hour on the invoice. When I called and asked about it I was told that the "company" allowed X number of time for each procedure/part that they replace and that is how they come up with the labor amount no mater what the actual time is. It seems very deceptive to me that their labor rate is published on their invoice but then bill you from a different scale. Feeling a little "taken".
