Johnny Manoviec was my service advisor and he has done a wonderful magnificent amazing job and has went above and beyond to help me and my wife with servicing my vehicle also his customer service skills are immaculate. Always has a great attitude and very respectful to me my wife and my youngest daughter. My name is Saji Latif, and Johnny has made my experience at Jaguar a great one I’d refer anybody to LandRover-Jaguar of Farmington Hills all because of Johnny and his amazing customer service skills as well as going above and beyond to service my vehicle to my satisfaction. Definitely an asset to the company, you just don’t find that combination too often anymore since this pandemic. That’s just great that you can get that type of service from someone like Johnny . I just purchased my first Jaguar! I specifically purchased an E-Pace. I had exceptional service from both Dale and Jon. I specifically want to thank Dale for his time, patience, and attention in making sure I was comfortable and new all the "bells & whistles" on my new Jag!
