I wanted to share with you my thoughts on the Golling Alfa Romeo Experience because I have had experience with other dealers as you know. Unfortunately, completely satisfied does not compare to what I experienced with you. Utterly satisfied, Exceptionally satisfied, Totally Blown Away satisfied are more the theme of how I feel.
You listened to me and that was the most important part. You guided me in the right direction and didn’t take advantage of your customer. Constant communication during the purchase process was key. Honest and open conversation about the direction I should be going in regards to lease vs finance was greatly appreciated.
Tim: You have a way of really making a person feel welcome. You have an ease and smoothness about you and I appreciate that. Really, a true gentleman. I will be singing your praises to everyone I meet. You managed to build a very strong and long lasting relationship with us in very short order. I hope that your managers and executives of Golling understand what an important role you play.
James: You are a professional and an excellent manager. Your store is impressive and clean, and the attention to detail shows through. Mr. Golling should be very proud how you manager this part of the business for him. I appreciate you listening to me and helping me through this process.
Kyle: What can I say? You take the brunt of customers frustrations and manage to keep a smile on your face. You have always been kind and understanding to me and I appreciate it.
