This was my first visit to Jeffrey (since the much closer-to-home Acura of Troy dealership closed shop) and I couldn't be more pleased. I have an older Acura MDX (2008) and Shakira was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and provided me with several tips as workarounds that will save me money on some typical older-model issues. Also, Andre (a master mechanic) was available to take some extra time with me to explain some of the quirks with my dashboard warning light symbols. Between the two of them, they both went way above & beyond to make my experience 5-stars.

Horrible customer service, horrible people!! Don’t go here if you value your $$ time and respect. They said they fixed things but come to find out they didn’t. Car rims were damaged in their possession and they blamed it on the customer.
