My service Advisor, Richard was very helpful and answered all of my questions with a thoughtful and professional attitude. This is our 3rd Smart, 2nd electric. It is the perfect town car for Boston. It fits me, my 2 dogs and the groceries. What more could you need. It handles like a charm and I NEVER sweat a parking spot.
