This people are owned by the same people that onw Dedham Auto Mall in dedham, ma. Both dealers buy there cars from the sameplace.. all there cars are hit cars with washed titles some even come from new orleans area. I know first hand Don't buy a car from either of these places they both suck. All people iknow that bought a car have had problems with. they take no responsablity with these cars. they use a sell em and forget them mentality. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Classic Poor Used Car Dealer - Toyota buyer

We bought a used Toyota truck from this company. Nice people until they have your money. We paid to have the truck delivered and they dropped it off with no gas. Then we tried to get it inspected and had to have over $800 worth of work done. The woman at the dealer said she would mail us money to partly cover the cost, that the check was in the mail. Never received a check. We still have work that needs to be done. They are terrible at returning phone calls

I was looking for a pre-owned Mini Cooper S. Travelled some 60 miles to Peabody, MA and even to North Providence RI. Both had a MINI, but they would not deal. Found the 03' MINI Cooper S I have now at Elite Auto Sales, not more than 15 miles away from our home on the South Shore. I telephoned to see if they still had the car, and I was told to come on down and take her out for a ride, I would not be disappointed. How true. It was in great shape, no dings, dents. Low mileage, and they beat the bushes to get me a 6% interest rate on a 5yr old vehicle ! I made it clear exactly what I could afford, and didn't budge. They took care of my trade, and put the payments in the ball park I needed. While out of warranty, It was time to change the oil. I ordered my oil change parts ( filter, housing socket , drain plug )from Atlantic British Auto parts, but I was not able to remove the oil drain plug. Some gorilla wrenched it on not adhearing to the 18 ft lb requirments. I called the owner, (Rick) He said come on down and let his mechanic ( Deak ) look at it. Not only did they get the plug removed, they changed my oil, took care of an issue with the power steering pump fan, and did so ALL at NO charge! I would refer ALL of my closest relatives to this dealership. They are family owned and operated, and eager to please. :)

bsolutely the worst retail experience I have ever had. I bought a car back in late November from these guys. Silly me for believing they did a used car safety inspection even after they said they did. Got the car home, had a flat tire and while looking underneath I can't even begin to tell you about all the leaks. My driveway was stained. Leaking seal between the break booster and master cylinder, leaking rack, oil, power steering etc. I had it towed back after I told the dealer about the repairs. No communication for a month. Finally I had to have the loan company call them. They said the vehicle had been fixed for weeks. Well, when I went to pick it up, they lied. It wasn't fixed and the owner EDDIE said he knew it wasn't fixed but wanted to "be a man and fix it." Nope, no trust and wasted 45 days. Elite broke Mass Law by not doing a vehicle inspection to ensure safety before purchase and not having my vehicle repaired within 11 business days. The car is undrivable and I couldn't even get it inspected. After showing the loan company the pics or the car they cancelled loan and the made the dealer buy the car back. I now have the AG involved because these liars won't give me my deposit back and reimburse my fees. THEY'VE HAVE 11 AG CASES OPEN. If you had bad credit for whatever reason, go somewhere else. These liars are praying on your need to sell you an unsafe auto.

I went to dealership yesterday was impressed by the service and the help with finding a car I have my eye set on something but after reading some of the reviews online I'm kinda skeptical about this place cause I really don't have time to be dealing with a lemon again so all I can say is I'm going back for a test drive of hopefully my future car and I will definitely be back with an honest review once my purchase is made. I purchased a truck from Tom on ebay according to the listed description telling all that the truck needed,He left out alot! He's a dealer that knows everything about cars and just didn't list everything so he'd get top dollar and left me with the major repairs. He sold me a truck that needed more repairs than he told $3000.00 more so far! I've had the truck sense the 24th Nov 2011. And just got it back from the repair garage a week ago, things he didn't mention was, 4 brakes, 4 calipers and hoses, wheel bearing, axle seals, water pump, fuses put in wrong places to keep it from blowing other fuses, inner/outer tie rod ends, power steering pump, emergency brake shoes/cables, exhaust pipe rusted off, brake backing plates, exhaust manifold bolts broken off,this truck wouldn't pass a state inspection! I've tried contacting him through email and will not respond!

I shopped for WEEKS, tried so many cars, so many different dealers and really didn't enjoy the shopping experience. One dealership, when I told them the car wasn't shifting properly, pretty much told me I didn't know how to drive. (Its what I do for a living, but thank you.) Other dealerships had really high prices, or super high mileage cars, and I was promised a lot in the way of what they could deliver but zero results. That was all before I walked into Fuller's Pre-owned Autos of Auburn. WOW, what a difference. I am picky, thrifty, and need to be SURE before spending thousands of dollars. Mark was amazing, even looked up a car I was looking at elsewhere to show me that car fax was clean. I thought that was very professional and built trust as it wasn't all about them, it was about my needs. I saw the NADA on my car as the computer faces the CUSTOMER..novel idea, huh?? No fancy sales gimmicks, just the facts. Great value on my trade, clean car with no issues going forward, and OH... every car comes with a FREE 24,000 mile warranty or 2 year whatever comes first which you will pay through the nose for somewhere else. I will never shop anywhere else, only wish I found them sooner. Not a huge lot but like any other dealership they can find you what you are looking for as they frequent the auctions, but they are very picky and all cars are sent through their own garage before going out on the lot. I found them by accident on Car Gurus and I'm so thankful as I was looking at a car one year older than the one I bought with more miles for more $$$. I got an amazing deal. Ask for Mark, and tell him Tracey sent you! You wont be sorry, you can take that to the bank! :)

We have been looking for a specific car for many months. I was actually hesitant to go into Roslindale since it was a longer driver than other dealerships, in the city, and I was not familiar with the dealership. I am so glad I went - in a matter of 4 days we had the car we were hoping for in our driveway! Scott was great - very knowledgeable and proud of what he does and where he works. He gave me a tour of the shop, introduced me to everyone, and ultimately did everything to make the experience a great one. My husband went in separately to test drive the car and had a similar experience. I would absolutely buy from them again. My only words of warning - limited parking at the dealership! Drive the smallest car you can when you go.:)

Going to small claims court an suing this company. They refused to let me return my car after it failed inspection. And the cost was over 10% of car to repair. Held on to the car so I could not exercise my lemon law. Law states date of purchase not possession. The had the car for three weeks be for I could pick it up. If this a problem for you as well. Tell them you don't want the car. And dam and they call the finance company and do a flat cancellation. If you take the car off the lot it is on you. They put used parts in to repair issues on the vehicles call the local licensing board to complaint he more complaints they could loose their dealers license also call the attorney generals office to file complaints . Also bbb.org to file a complaint. Use the phone #to find them. Hughes motors.

If that is/was also like you, then throw that stigma out the window and give Landes a try. I worked with Kyle – and like others mentioned here – there was absolutely no pressure. We exchanged emails a few times, starting with me inquiring about a Kia Forte and giving him my budget. He was super easy to work with and got a deal done without any hassles or the usual back-and-forths with "the manager". I feel like I got a great deal from a great family guy, and know that the vehicle was inspected by their mechanics before leaving the lot.
