I went to Titan Auto group to look at a Subaru Forester they had advertised. Our salesman, Tear, was honest, friendly, attentive and accomodating. At no time did Tear apply any pressure or resort to dishonest tactics to get me to buy the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle, and Tear called me later that day to thank me for coming to Titan Auto group and buying a car. Tear also went the extra mile by delivering the vehicle title to my insurance company , over 20 miles away. He also had a sticker on the car and plenty of gas in the tank, when I went to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle was clean, detailed , and ready to go! This is a fairly new dealership, and I would highly recommend Titan Auto Group to anyone who is looking for a high quality, affordable used car. My next purchase of a used car will be at Titan Auto Group....they deliver!

I needed a truck really bad for work and couldn't get financed at any dealership that I went to. They all wanted $5000 cash down due to my poor credit ever since my accident. I got a really nice Dodge Ram 1500 with only $2000 cash down at Truck World. They did for me what I didn't think was possible. I am very happy that I went there. My credit is now getting established again and I don't have to rent trucks to do jobs anymore. Bob and Brian changed my life for the better and I cant thank them enough. Don't hesitate to buy a truck or car here. They will address any issues and problems you may have.

I have to say this was the BEST dealership I've bought a car from. I had no hassle or headaches with this purchase. The owner and finance director were awesome and made the experience very easy!! I did have to bring the car back once and they took care of me right away. I will definitely purchase my next car from them as well!! And when someone is looking for a car I will send them there because it was the best experience and I want others to experience what I did!! Nice simple car buying!!!

This dealership goes by different names. If they call you, you will see "128 Imports" on your caller I.D. display. I am creating this review because they were not listed in the Dealer Rater Dealer Directory under "Ford". But, they were listed under "Mazda", specifically: "128 Mazda". So, I stronglly suggest you go to that review site. I think it saved me from making a big mistake. Let The Buyer Beware

these people dan and judy manteuffel will tell you anything to get to buy one of their overpriced lemons. they do not disclose information about car you buy and we got an $8000 lemon. less then 60 days into loan second payment wasnt even made yet and transmission gone was defective prior to purchase as i had a transmission experttake it down and look at it. tranmission was completely burnt out in the housing, no fluids left!!! $3000 repairs and they will not do anything to fix this would never do business with them again or recommed that anyone else either

It’s rare that I am able to leave an honest, positive review for a car dealer that I have attempted to buy from. The sad truth is, most of the dealerships I’ve shopped have had bad deals, ignorant salesmen, awful pricing, or some kind of ridiculous bait and switch tactic; that’s just the sad reality of the world we live in. Anton is one of the few I’ve met who is honest, upfront, and trusting. His word is good, and your word is good to him. He happened to have the car I wanted in stock. He gave me a very fair price and I agreed to purchase from him, and even though it took longer than I had expected to get the money together, he was patient and took my word that I was going to complete the sale. He delivered exactly what he promised and included an inspection sticker for the price. Car sales is a business that requires moving large volumes of inventory, and since an individual doesn’t buy cars too often, some dealers make no effort to cultivate a long-term relationship. Alex auto sales is a notable exception. I don’t plan to buy another vehicle any time soon, but if I did, they would be my first contact.

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with!! Wanted to buy a truck they had. I Wasted my time bring my trade in to have them look at and was told by mark that he “needed to make some calls” before he could give me a trade in value. After almost a week of calling every day and sending multiple emails they have yet to get back to me. They don’t even have the decency to call me back. It’s like they don’t want to sell any trucks. No idea how they are in business!!

They are so easy to deal with and the cars that they carry are exceptional. They also have an on-site service and detailing department. Kevin and Phil provide great service and pricing is far more reasonable than going to an actual Mercedes dealer. They carry a wide selection of cars and SUVS. I paid for a wrangler in Mass. about 3 weeks ago. The car was okay.. missing an interior panel and floor matts but the real problem was that it is uninspected and unregistered. So far they have refused to provide the proper paperwork to drive the car legally and I cannot have the car inspected (which is in violation of state lemon laws). Customer service is non-existent despite multiple attempts to solve the problem. I am assuming at this point the warranty is going to be useless as well. Although they may have some okay deals I really cannot recommend them to anyone... unless you would like to park your illegal car for 3 months waiting for a simple registration.

Best Auto Bargain great family owned and run dealership, Started here 7 weeks ago before I was ready to purchase, Had a great walkthrough on the wranglers I was looking at with sale men . Very laid back, not pushy, not the typical sales vultures you run into at a lot of dealerships. Was extremely knowledgeable of the product. I told him my circumstances and timeline and was very respectful of them. the purchase process was easy, and friendly. Financing went easy. being a former salesman I they worked hard for this sale and were exemplary.I could go on and on and on about how great the overall experience we had with Best Auto Bargain relative to Friendliness, Full, personal Service, consideration and general professionalism. For quite awhile I have wanted a SUV but could never find one I could afford until I saw this car being sold by Boston Auto Sales. Bought car one year ago. Check engine light comes on immediately. I bring it back and owner tells me not to worry about it. If I have issue getting inspection sticker Next year he says he will take care of it. O2 sensors are bad and he expects me to pay to have it fixed.. Don't buy a car from this guy
