Then when he finally calls and tell me to bring truck in we Had The Big Snow storm! So never made it to take back! Now Truck does run ! Rear shock mounts rotten front steering rotted! And headlights went out and now Passenger door locks don’t work! Everything Happened after 30 days! Pure Trash

I went to Auto-Credit looking to finance a Honda sedan, preferably with so extra options. They had a few when I visited the office. I test drove 2, (and did have some more), one was 2014 Honda Civic LX, which drove great, it was very clean, had Low miles and was definitely ready for purchase. The other one which i ended up buying was a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L with 88k on it! This one had the extra options that i was looking for, like the sunroof, leather, and rims that I absolutely LOVE!! Once i decided which vehicle i wanted the rest of the process was very easy. AutoCredit helped with everything from the financing, to the registration. All i had to do was bring in my downpayment, and a couple documents to help confirm my info, and i was able to drive away later on that same day. So i would say, overall the whole experience was very good. ***PS: i have been driving the car for a couple weeks now and it is Great, no issues at all, very please with my purchase. Never in my many years of auto purchasing experiences have I come across a company, product and people remotely this extraordinary. So far from typical of what one would routinely expect in a car dealership purchase and sales encounter. The integrity and excellence of Miroslav and Evo were a refreshing and pleasant surprise. Their approach and their inventory both were topnotch. This uncharacteristic superiority, far surpassing the majority of their competitors' sub-par standards. Bespoke certainly sets the bar pretty high. We were met with courteous and knowledgeable professionals. The entire purchasing process was a forthright and pleasant experience. Seamless and smooth. It was an unexpected and welcomed pleasure. The automobile was VERY reasonably priced and matched it's advertised quality and condition. Additionally, it was finely detailed and pristine. I bought an Acura TL from Chelmsford Auto Sales and it drives awesome. I am so happy! They were friendly and got me financed quickly so I was able to drive away only a few days after first walking in. I wasn't pressured at all to buy - I was the one pressuring them because I wanted the car so bad. They totally delivered by talking to my insurance company and going to the registry for me. I would recommend this place because they have a nice selection of cars and SUVs and they seem much more reputable than other places in the neighborhood.

This dealership has provided us with 3 cars that were gently "used" like new vehicles. Their buyer watches the best auctions seeking only the highest quality cars. Only cars with great CarFax reports become candidates for purchase. Weekly the buyer visits auctions within 100 miles to actually DRIVE the vehicles before the auction date. This used car dealership is one stop shopping. For sales there are indoor and outdoor showrooms. High end vehicles include Mercedes, BMW, and luxury SUV's. They have a very capable Repair Shop and a custom Body Shop as well as Detailing Shop. The paint shop custom mixes auto paint through a computer operated system that has inventory rivaling many people's mortgages. They operate on a very narrow profit margin that keeps the customers' cost very low. We needed brakes and got an estimate from a major national franchise that floored us. We called Millennium and they did the complete job for 1/3 of the original estimate. I asked how they could do this and they proudly said "This is a low cost service that we extend to our customers in order to keep them happy with their car purchases". Charlie handles most of the sales and is extremely busy. I have seen several clients at one time waiting for the bargains that they provide. Charlie does everything for you including financing, contacting your insurance company, and completing your MA RMV transaction along with obtaining number plates. The repair shop is also a MA Inspection Station. During MA inspection OR any repair Eli gives your Millennium purchased vehicle a complete evaluation for computer codes and possible future repairs with a low cost estimate. Appointments are available but "Walk Ins" are also served. They have a modern, comfortable waiting room with big screen TV and luxurious leather furniture. They are always friendly, customer focused,with mult-language translators on staff. They are also open until 7 PM to accommodate working customers.

It was nice dealing with an owner, instead of a salesperson that typically works on commission. No last minute add on fees / delivery fees either. They have a service department also, and I spoke to a longtime customer that was there at the same time as me. They couldn't say enough nice things about Rachael and Lou and the trust they have in them. Glad I stumbled upon this place while looking for a truck.

I went there on a rainy day after calling ahead. The rather large owner sitting in the trailer was calling all the shots while I conversed with the sales guy. I am pretty street smart so I was asking a few questions about the car that I had come to see. Turns out the car had been in an accident. As soon as I found that out - only when I saw the carfax report - their attitude changed completely because they realized that I wasn't going to buy into their xx. I left their trailer thinking about all the trusting folks they must have swindled by hiding the car's history. I don't trust these guys, period.

Very dishonest people trying to take advantage of customers who don’t understand ma. Car laws. Thiago, who claims he is the owner (but really LA auto in Abington is affiliated) had told my parents the truck they wanted had a clean title. After looking at the title when I went in it was a BRANDED title which they instead it was still a clean title. They also had None of their dealer information on the purchase and sales (no reputable dealer does that) When I questioned why their info was not on the paperwork I was told it didn’t have to be. Yes it does! They’re a dealer not a private party! , Thiago also told my parents it is legal to transfer plates with no trade or total loss and insured my mom take the car that day, Guys, please do not let these people lie to you. Honesty goes a long way and hopefully this will deter someone from buying there and having an issue. I did contact “the owner” who refused to give me his name over the phone and hung up after I told him what he is doing is illegal. Thank God I went before they purchased a car that is worth half of what they’re selling it for. there are good transparent dealers around. This is NOT one.

Steve and Rob were way above the competition! Smart, pleasant, polite, respectful, and honest. As a single woman there are many hurdles to cross when buying a used car. My experience here was seamless from start to finish and left me without doubt or fear! Test drive - I took the car out myself. Pressure - none applied. Price - fair and without haggling, I took the car to my mechanic for inspection prior to purchase, he found a very small (easily overlooked) problem and gave me an estimate for repair, Steve and Rob were receptive and fair and we were easily able to reach an agreement about repair prior to purchase or adjustment of sale price. Quality of inventory - very high. Ease of transaction - Excellent! I put a deposit on the car the day I test drove it. They did all the paperwork quickly and easily on the day that was convenient for me. Would I deal with them again - In a heartbeat, and I will send my family and friends to them as well.
