Second time a customer! Purchased an 08 Lexus GX470 about 10 days ago from Gerry and Bill. A simple, pain free process that took no more than 30 minutes from test drive to sale. A very high quality vehicle in excellent condition, with only 140k miles, and Gerry was able to obtain for me, complete Toyota/Lexus service records! Honest and good people to work with, no complaints at all! Gerry even delivered the GX to my driveway!

I can't tell you how disappointed I am with the service provided by Diane. I bought a 2016 Chevy Cruize from her. Six weeks later, my tire TPS light came on. She sent me to Town Fair Tire in Springfield to replace sensors. After 4 attempts, they explained to me that, they only use aftermarket parts, and they don't work in all cars. I called Diane, and she told me "What's the big deal. It's just a sensor. You don't need it. If you want to go to a dealer and pay for a diagnostic, I can do that, but she was not going to pay for it. Stay away from Chris Auto Sales. They do not stand behind their vehicles

READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM LEGENDARY MOTORS!! I went to the dealership to purchase a vehicle. I test drove it and there were a few issues. I was told it would be fixed and I will be contacted in 2 days. 3 days later no phone call or anything from the dealership. I called them on the 4th day. I was told those issues were fixed but there was another issue. I asked how long before it will be fixed. I was told "I will call you tomorrow with the details" again no phone call. 2 days later I called. I was told it will take another week before it is fixed. When I asked what was wrong, I never got a straight answer and was told I will be called. 1 week goes by...no phone call. I call again and was told we are still working on it. Now it is going on 2wks. I call again and was told another issue came up. I find out they sold the vehicle to someone else and didn't tell me. I found this out because I emailed and inquired about the vehicle I wanted and was told it was sold. I then called and was told they did sell it. When I asked why did they sell it when it was agreed that I would purchase it, I was told the buyer took it as is. Which means the dealership didn't have to fix anything he just sold it as is and led me on....Very, Very Shady dealership...Doug tells you "I am on your side, I just want to make sure you are in a safe vehicle" "We are not in the business of trying to get over, this business is owned by a woman and can be trusted" but at the same time they string you along until they sell the vehicle to someone else. Check the reviews and the BBB complaints...I wish I did before I wasted almost a month waiting for a promised vehicle that was sold to someone else.

Made a purchase from Coastal Auto. Initially looked online found a car I liked called dealer to confirm that it was there and price. Went to look at cars, met Lance an Nick both were helpful. Did test drive, liked car but had some concerns about brakes. We quickly settled on price and they agreed to do any brake repair needed so I left deposit and trusted everything would be taken care of. Got call car was ready and was pleased that brakes were done,car was clean and couldn’t ask for more. So I found it to be a good experience I got the car I wanted at a good price. Overall I would have to say Lance was the best salesman you could ask for.
