Went here looking for a car and from the moment i stepped onto the lot it was easy as can be. I didnt have a salesman pushing nicer cars down my throat, instead Steve E asked me what i liked and within 5 minutes i was off test driving them! A few days later and after going to many dealerships who did try to price gouge me (Quirk and Boch) i settled on a used 2015 Cruze which I love. I got a fair price for the both of us and had the paperwork signed and done that night. Got a call from Steve and was able to go get the car with plates, MA inspection sticker, and a fresh oil change. Very happy with the service from Steve so when you come hear ask for him!

And Ray, the charismatic and magnanimous owner, is a beautiful force to be reckoned with. Beneath the forward veneer of charm and salesmanship is a true and honest soul, working the family business he built up from the ground UP. My needs for a car were very unusual and they were able to accommodate me in spades! And that includes the other employees there, seamlessly handing all the paperwork involved in transferring to a new car (used in my case), and his SON, double checking the work with plenty of charm like his dad, and *Ali* doing odd jobs with thoughtfulness and care. After reviewing competitive pricing online for Toyota RAV4's for cost perspective, we visited this dealer with our wish list and were immediately taken to a spotless 2015 RAV4 with unbelievably low mileage. We would describe the car as "barely driven". Anticipating a high price tag for this almost new car, we were very pleasantly surprised at the asking price. We did not hesitate to secure the deal. Our salesman knew his inventory. After listening to our requirements, he understood our needs and simplified the process by offering 2 possible vehicles that would meet our specifications. What we thought would be a stressful search for a "new" car turned out to be anything but stressful. Steve Skolnick, our salesman, was happy and we were happy after a short transaction. We love the car and our pleasant sales experience!

I call Weymouth Auto Mall to inquire on an SUV i have seen online and receive a call back from Aaron inmediately, he connected me with Alex who made the sale pleasant and fast, afte that Erick was really informative about all the details and purchased was finalized a few days later, however when i picked the car there was some issued with the cd player but am please to say that they all worked with me to resolve the issue, escecially Neil and Bill on the workshop, i have only own the truck for about a month now but am please with it and would not only recommend this dealer but will buy another vehicle from them if needed.+

My car broke down over the summer I recently moved to haverhill and my girlfriend suggested I try local dealers so walking up to the dealership I noticed decent cars and one that caught my eye we talked about it I put a deposit down to hold it and a week after when I went in to purchase the car and make a second inspection he was trying to sell me a different car different year and was rusted all over the bottom this guy is a real piece of work.. never again will I go there ( this was my first used car dealership experience and possibly the last. )

Second time a customer! Purchased an 08 Lexus GX470 about 10 days ago from Gerry and Bill. A simple, pain free process that took no more than 30 minutes from test drive to sale. A very high quality vehicle in excellent condition, with only 140k miles, and Gerry was able to obtain for me, complete Toyota/Lexus service records! Honest and good people to work with, no complaints at all! Gerry even delivered the GX to my driveway!

I can't tell you how disappointed I am with the service provided by Diane. I bought a 2016 Chevy Cruize from her. Six weeks later, my tire TPS light came on. She sent me to Town Fair Tire in Springfield to replace sensors. After 4 attempts, they explained to me that, they only use aftermarket parts, and they don't work in all cars. I called Diane, and she told me "What's the big deal. It's just a sensor. You don't need it. If you want to go to a dealer and pay for a diagnostic, I can do that, but she was not going to pay for it. Stay away from Chris Auto Sales. They do not stand behind their vehicles

READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM LEGENDARY MOTORS!! I went to the dealership to purchase a vehicle. I test drove it and there were a few issues. I was told it would be fixed and I will be contacted in 2 days. 3 days later no phone call or anything from the dealership. I called them on the 4th day. I was told those issues were fixed but there was another issue. I asked how long before it will be fixed. I was told "I will call you tomorrow with the details" again no phone call. 2 days later I called. I was told it will take another week before it is fixed. When I asked what was wrong, I never got a straight answer and was told I will be called. 1 week goes by...no phone call. I call again and was told we are still working on it. Now it is going on 2wks. I call again and was told another issue came up. I find out they sold the vehicle to someone else and didn't tell me. I found this out because I emailed and inquired about the vehicle I wanted and was told it was sold. I then called and was told they did sell it. When I asked why did they sell it when it was agreed that I would purchase it, I was told the buyer took it as is. Which means the dealership didn't have to fix anything he just sold it as is and led me on....Very, Very Shady dealership...Doug tells you "I am on your side, I just want to make sure you are in a safe vehicle" "We are not in the business of trying to get over, this business is owned by a woman and can be trusted" but at the same time they string you along until they sell the vehicle to someone else. Check the reviews and the BBB complaints...I wish I did before I wasted almost a month waiting for a promised vehicle that was sold to someone else.
