OMG!! I have never dealt with a less professional business of any kind in my life. I've bought several dozen cars over the last four decades, and never dealt with any more pathetic than Shelby Motors. I should have known something was wrong when they answer the phone with, "hello". What kind of business makes this amateur faux pas. I asked what was wrong with the car of interest and told it had a dent and a few scratches, but otherwise was in excellent condition. No mention of the badly rusted rocker panels you couldn't see in the pictures. I let them know we would be coming from two hours away and would be there at 9am to look at car. When we got there the lot was blocked with a car across the lot entrance. Some sort of half-assed security system we supposed. When someone showed up to move that vehicle, we pulled in and were then COMPLETELY ignored. We assumed the man who allowed access to the lot was certainly not a sales person. Not the slightest eye contact as he walked by us multiple times. After 20 minutes, we went into the building to inquire if a sales person would be showing up soon. This man who had completely ignored us, was surprisingly sitting behind a sales desk. It only gets worse from here. The car we came to test drive was blocked in by other vehicles even though they knew we were coming. When we finally were able to get it out, the brakes were stuck. After forcing it free gunning the engine, we then discovered the passenger door would not open no matter what was tried to change that. Trying the unlock button on the driver's door produced a disturbing screeching noise and changed nothing. The 'salesman' wanted us to wait while he brought it in his garage for repair. Seriously?? We didn't have time for that. We had said we were coming. We had CASH in hand. We wanted to drive away with it as soon as they could fill out the paperwork. Why wasn't this car checked out and ready to go? It's like these people don't even care if they sell cars. I handed the man back the key and he told us with a bit of attitude to "have a nice day". A half day and half a tank of gas wasted. Shelby Motors should be absolutely avoided !!!!

We bought a new car with cash one month ago. After SEVERAL calls to the dealership we had no call back or explanation regarding getting the title. Mariela was the ONLY CONTACT who responded! I won’t do business with this dealership again! Just to be clear, this is a NEW dealership in Manchester owned by Bertera. Bertera Nissa in Manchester was MIA once the check cleared.

Dont buy the over priced extended warranty and honestly don’t buy from them at all. Checked to see if they were still in business as we are getting ready to trade in the over priced turd they sold us. Unfortunately they are still scamming people. Drove from Maine to Mass to look at what looked like a decent low mile Suburban. Looked decent at first but after a test drive, I did an in depth look around the vehicle. They let me test drive it without any air intake on it. Wide open throttle body. Leaking transmission lines. Many scratches that could be buffed out. Breaks were squeaky so I mentioned that. I noted all of these issues as well as the interior being filthy. Also noted a slight lifter tick but that wasn’t overly concerning as it only had 87k on it. They said they would address all of these things. Thankfully they did put the air intake back on. They cleaned the transmission line. Not replaced. So it’s been leaking since we got it. No interior detailing done at all. Had to do the breaks within a year of purchase. They never did them. They buffed the exterior but it was poorly done. Buff marks everywhere and none of the scratches were addressed and the clear coat on the hood was clearly lacking or missing entirely because my hood began to fade within a year. Now for the best part. Went to use to warranty for the AC which went out after a year and should have been covered. Direct Auto never filed the paperwork. And after calling over 10 times and fighting with the warranty company as well, I filed with the BBB and Direct Auto never responded. We paid almost 4k for this warranty and never got to use it Even though we needed it. Now at only 137k on a typically reliable engine, the crank and rear main seals have gone out on it and it’s running rough despite proper regular maintenance. Absolutely never buy from them. We are upside down by alot. Also I found our trade in about a week later listed for twice what they gave us! A %100 mark up and they refused to budge on their price and refused to give us any of the trade in value in cash. You’ve been warned.

Our sales rep Noah truly has great knowledge, personal skills, efficiency, and stays one step ahead to make the process seamless. Can’t say enough good things about Noah and the entire staff over at Lawless. Not a hard sell by any means which I certainly appreciate. I purchased a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer for my wife and she absolutely loves it. Highly recommend Noah and the entire buying experience at Lawless.

STAY AWAY from this disaster of a company. I regretfully bought a car only a year ago from them, I took the car home and the more I looked the more of a mess I found. There was a lolipop stuck to a cup holder. I had to fight to get my spare key.. which ended up having a remote starter on it. They never gave me the key for my locked lug nuts. Unless you show up, you can’t get a hold of them. They don’t pick up the phone. xxxxtiest business ever

Check your loan docs! After leaving with a new car and years later I reviewed my docs online with lender and they don’t match! They electronically signed my name. My original was hand signed. Now I have to arbitrate with lender because fraudulent documents were submitted without my knowledge and I owe thousands more than my purchase agreement has on it. Liars!! Again check your original documents against the lenders!

If I could give ZERO I would!!!!! Con artists! They said they would give me 2500 for my trade, (explaining EVERYTHING about it) then decided to offer 1000 when I drove it there! They sold me a jeep, and gave me price, then HIKED it up 1200, saying "things needed to be repaired" it had no rear door handles! The 1200 was supposed to go to brakes, rotors and maintenance things, that should've been included! We asked for a DETAILED RECEIPT and were promised one, for what was done and they've avoided us to this day!!! Then we had to pay 100 to FIX THE REAR BRAKES! WHICH SHOULDVE BEEN DONE! They lied back to back about EVERYTHING. Not to mention, the jeeps dashboard randomly shuts off, no blinkers or lights, then resets about twice a day! Mike said he was "CONFIDENT" IN THIS VEHICLE! DO NOT SPEND A DIME HERE!!!!!!

After I backed into a truck and put a large dent in my Accord's bumper, I contacted Bezema about fixing the damage. Their estimate was very reasonable. When I got the car back I found they had also fixed a scrape that one of my co-workers put on my car when pulling out of our employee parking lot. I didn't have the scrape when they prepared the estimate. I found my car had been vacuumed when I picked it up, and it looked great inside and out.

I got a great financing deal with warranty, they fully prepped the truck including inspecting the vehicle, then delivered it to my shop the next day. I’ve been buying Fords for the last 10 years, but unfortunately the dealership I’ve been using has gone downhill. I got5 new 2021 ford vans this year, two of which had defective parts, I had to wait 3 months for a e brake cable that was defective. I will 100% be shopping with Baker the next time I have a need

My husband purchased his car, from the beginning they promised to deliver their customer service assisting with multiple needs. If the car had issues, and if there was ever any paperwork that was to be done they would resolve. The cars panel started to light up after weeks of purchase (tire pressure, engine light, oil light etc). The car was brought back to the dealership more than 5x with no other options besides a scan to see if there was any issues. We ended up returning the car and resolving it with the bank. It's been a month since we returned and they still have not cancelled the plates. We call leave messages no return. I feel like they just wanted to sell cars and have their end all set and careless about the customer when its time to resolve an ongoing issue. I don't recommend this store. They need to prioritize their customers, resolve issues, and offer options like many other companies do.

Absolute nightmare! Have had nothing nut problems. Paid 12K and have put 6k into it in 7 months. Second day driving I knew something was not right with the front end. Brought it in had a list of five things to look at and he said nothing was wrong. Since that the whole front end is been a mess. My mother was told to never ever go over the mileage for an oil change with this car by Jim but, come to find out, I look at the sticker and it is 4,000 miles the day I received the car. The Mechanic I had work on the car(not Rose because I was told nothing was wrong it per Jim) has never seen anything like it. I feel like my mother was taken for a ride purchasing this vehicle. Turns out you never buy a car that has a salvage title that was rebuilt by this gentleman. The rear end was where the damage was but turns out the front end was just as bad, but never checked out. From axles, to motor and transmission mounts, tie rods, wheel hubs, control arms ,tie rods, ball joints, tires, for alignments, you name it, it's been replaced. Everything but the struts which are just about gone and need to be changed as well now. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to that place basically what it boils down to.

I just picked up my 2012 Mercedes-Benz C300 sport from Today's Collision. I am more than extremely happy with their work, customer service, time management, etc. The day I got into my accident, I called Matt Everson and he instructed me, while at the crash scene, to have the vehicle delivered to the shop and he will handle it all from there. Once I arrived in the tow truck, I was accompanied by Matt waiting outside, with the rental already in the parking lot, running and warm ready for me to drive alway. After I provided the insurance information to Matt, I only heard from him once to tell me that my car was ready, 3 days earlier than she had inticipated. Once I arrived today, Matt brought me directly to my vehicle which looks better now than it did when I bought it last year brand new. It was fully detailed and shining clean. After gathering my receipts, I was on my way. The customer service that this company provides is remarkable and unbelievable. I'm extremely happy with their services!

It's been 3 yrs since I bought my 2015 Nissan Sentra Sv here and the service was perfect. I thought i wasn't going to be able to get a car because of my credit and low money i receive through out the years and no history on loan or anything but i was surprised. The guys had me just look at the cars , explain which better suit me for my needs and i decieded which i loved best. We spoke prices and then they knew they could find me a perfect price and help me with the loan . I really was shocked when i received a great loan with low fees and perfect payment plan. It was the best day and deal i've ever done. I really recommend them in this location. !!
