Tomas was incredibly responsive to all my questions and worked hard to meet my needs on the deal. Steve did a great job lining up financing and made the entire process extremely easy. On a minor issue prior to my taking possession of the car, the entire team was efficient and 100% dedicated to getting me what I wanted. Would definitely recommend this dealership and salespeople to others. A great experience and I love the car.

I cannot over-emphasize just how amazing Holly Lima is. I worked overnight and on finishing work, found that my car would not start. I called AAA roadside service, and they came to jumpstart my vehicle and told me that my batteries were rundown and needed to be charged. I called Acura of Peabody and was told by Holly Lima to bring my car in to get checked out. Immediately I arrived there, she attended to me and made sure my vehicle was fast-tracked to the front of the line, and in a short period, she came back to inform me that my car battery needed to be replaced. The brake fluid needed to be flushed, and I asked if it were something I would be interested in taking care of. I agreed to the repairs, and it was promptly taken care of. My car was brand new all over again. Holly Lima is professional, courteous and very helpful. She is attentive to the needs of your customers and is a prime example of the excellent service that is evident and pervasive in Acura of Peabody. I was blessed to have her take care of my automotive problems. If I would be so bold, I dare say she deserves a raise for her excellent and amazing service. Your establishment is lucky to have her. I bought a 2003 Kawasaki zx7r and I thought I was getting a great deal until I was over excited sighned all the paperwork work and my wife looked it over bike was sold to me for 5000 after I agreed to the 3 year warranty it was 6000 ok then I put 1500 down and I'm still paying 62 a week, ok so I got taken the bike is kbb at 4000 at best oh well life goes on I have the bike delivered I ride it and find a whole list of problems one of which is leaking forks so I call the dealer and they send me on a run around for 2 weeks then it finally gets fixed sweet but here we are a month later and there xxxx work let's go my forks are leaking again I hate to to be a dick but this dealer does not care about it's customers after the sale
