I purchased a truck from this dealership. The truck was not services (as stated it would be) before I received it. It was due for an oil change, had no washer fluid, barely enough gas etc.... The service manager was rude and nobody even tried to solve my problems. Very dissatisfied!

As a long time customer with Lawless and several purchases, I find them easy to work with and always willing to explain the details of work to be done on my Jeep. Having just met Chris in the used car area, I can see that the exceptional way of dealing with customers and their needs will be in place for the future. Armando the service manager and his crew are the best. It starts with great leadership. Thank you Ed, Kevin and everyone that helped me get my car back so quickly. You don't find this kind of treatment in service departments especially at car dealers. They are just like family.
