We trust the mechanics, we like the service and feel comfortable working with the service desk. The work done on our PT Cruiser has been good and the prices have been fair. The waiting room could be better (quite cold in the winter) but is adequate. There is no high pressure sales talk.

In past years with my old car due to unfortunate accidents I’ve been to a few auto body shops and they indeed manage to repair my car, however; they would take the full 30 days allowed for my rental so they could repair it regardless of the damage plus the paint job would not be to convincing…..This past November I was involved in a misfortunate accident…this time I had the car I’ve always strived to get…with that said I wanted to have it repair the same day…although I knew that was not realistic specially from previous experiences…So I decided to take it to Today’s collision…. Less than a week later I had my car all repaired and then some…I could not believe how efficient and expeditiously it was fixed….I give Today’s Collision three thumbs up for time and superb paint job!!!

I am writing because of my experience with Dominic in the Parts Department. I looked all over for a center cap for the wheel of my Tacoma. The part was on back order. I called numerous Toyota dealerships to no avail. I even went to another dealership to find out it was the wrong part. I was told they had the part at Dartmouth Toyota. I drove over an hour to get the part. Dominic came out to my truck to not only see if it was the correct part, but he also helped me put on. It is tricky to put on and did not fit correctly. He figured out how to put it on and we learned that all the other center caps were put on wrong from my last tire rotation oil change at another Toyota dealership where it had previously been serviced. I was at risk losing all of my center caps. He went beyond the call of duty. We fixed all of them. He is an incredible employee and should be recognized. Great attitude!

I can not say enough about Kamel Khnaizir, one of the service managers at Toyota of Watertown. Kamel and his team of service technicians have provided extraordinary service for each of the 6 Toyotas I have owned since 1990. Kamel listens to questions and concerns I have about my vehicle, his team ferrets out what needs to be done, Karmel brings the findings to me, together we decide how to proceed with any needed repairs. His team provides quality service. I always feel confident that I have received the best service available for my Toyota. Thank you Toyota of Watertown for maintaining this quality service technician team under the management of Kamel Khnaizir. On my last visit, I was surprised to learn that they also offered a free basic manicure while you wait by Careen.

Awesome job fixing the bumper on my Corolla. They even cleaned the interior and exterior so the car looked brand new. Mike Escott was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process. Highly recommend!
