New 2024 Toyota 4 runner w/ 5200 miles . Went to Rt 44 Toyota to have them look at slow leaking tire…. Told it had a nail in the side wall , cannot patch and said buy a new tire! They offered to replace the tire for $626.97 … what a xxx-ing rip off . I can buy that tire for $244. Elsewhere and mounting balancing old tire disposal and sales tax , a total less than $300. Furthermore, since Toyota new car warranty only gives oil change at 10,000 miles I wanted to more properly care for vehicle with two year free maintenance warranty I had them do oil change (at 5200 miles) at my expense. My question is if they are so greedy for a tire at $626.97 and money appears to be their god how can I be sure that hey even changed the oil let alone the filter . Then I went to a garage and I asked them to look at the tire - amazing , a finishing nail in the tread ( not the sidewall ) of the tire ! And 15 minutes and $15 the tire is repaired ! Though I tried to talk to several people at the dealership it was lik talking to a wall . This dealership will, given the opportunity, take advantage of a customer apparently not caring how hard blue collar people work for their money . And even worse , I am a 100 percent service connected disabled Marine Corps veteran and they could care less ! I am just another sheep for the wolves at Rt 44 Toyota to shear! Everyone and certainly military veterans should stay away from this dealership and spend their money elsewhere !!! Sad people like this are allowed to business Raynham Massachusetts. Do not even deserve 1 star!!!! Some nerve !!!!!

That they are a global car manufacturer focused on building high-quality vehicles with exceptional value, and Kia is dedicated to providing a customer service experience that exceeds expectations. This Kia dealership does not stand behind the customer service experience at all. Poor customer service, communication, after sell made you may be feeling alone. Do not recommend and Dartmouth location same owner. Note: Had the best sales experience however once the purchase is made it may be a different scenario soon. During the purchase there's a check off list that my sales rep made me sign off in advance I didn't have the vehicle in my position to compare I just stated yes okay to everything, and then they offer you your 10K maintenance free if you're willing to put a five-star review on Google for them. A push for a speedy review will not inform people on the dealerships integrity.

took dodge for clunking noise in front end - worried about brakes or broken shock - feared BIG BILL type expense. turned out just a tie-rod - they could have really padded the bill but didn't - just charged for the tie rod and labor. very friendly service.

Extremely disappointed !!! Received a post card in the mail with an oil special. Drove 35 miles to find out that it applied only to cars not trucks!!! Didn't say that at all on the post card. Then tried to use $10.00 coupon but was told the truck oil change was already a special and could not apply. NO where did it show up as a special any where . What a hoax!!!!! Post card had our vin number on it so they obliviously knew we owned a truck.

The Worst Service! - JT

I made an appointment for a safety recall for a tailgate latch over 2 weeks ago for a 9am scheduled time. I asked they had time to also perform the 75K mile oil change service, they said they did have the time. I was there waiting with no updates from anyone for over 4 hours. At the end, they said that they did the 75K service, but didn't have the tailgate latch! They did not even complete the original thing that I had made the appointment for. But they happily charged $77.17 for a conventional oil change! The idea that it is ok to let a customer wait over 4 hours with a scheduled appointment, no updates, and at the end of it all not complete the original service requested is unacceptable to say the least!

I borught my car in for a warranty repair, which is still not fixed, and had several items stolen from car. The car was apparently left unsecured overnight!!! When I immediately addressed the situation with the Service Department they told me it was not their responsibility. I then elevated the issue to Adam York , the President and General Manager, who also was very unreceptive to listening to my unfortunate situation. To date I have not received any return calls or emails requesting a resolution to my problem. Do yourself a favor and Saturn of Danvers or one of the other local dealerships.
