I had very bad experience last time I was at this dealership. I have been servicing my cars there for last 12 years. I even bought my first Acura from them in 2012. Recently I took my car there because there was a factory recall on my 2017 Acura MDX. They took care of the recall but when I picked up my car I saw they had badly scratched and damaged the rear wheel. They did not take any accountability for the damage. I told them this is going to reduce the value of my car and the manager basically told me the car was too old anyway. And he said it was not their fault that this happened. He offered to split the cost with me to fix the damage! So obviously he knew it was their fault. I declined the offer if this is the treatment I get after paying you thousands of dollars over last 12 years. The car is making horrible sounds when I drive and I have to take it to another place to get it fixed. This is a classic way of losing customers by being penny-wise and pound foolish! But I guess they don’t really care.

Brought my car in three times to address the check engine - Never again

Brought my car in three times to address the check engine light. I paid thousands of dollars as the result of those repair visits only to have the light come on again. It turned out that I had a mouse nest causing the problem. Audi Natick refused to refund any money for the unnecessary repairs that did not fix the problem. I do not recommend.

Great service and work done. I came in for a maintenance oil change and discovered that the rotors on my S90 needed to be placed, in addition to the brake pads. Dave Petillo was a consummate service advisor who described everything to me and advised on the best use of my extended wear plan. New brakes, new oil, washed and vaccuumed, it is like a new car. Thanks everyone @ Bernardi!

When I purchased my new to me truck, it had an issue after just a few weeks, so I took it to the dealer to have it fixed once they updated some things on the computer and replaced the brakes because they were overheating. Unfortunately, the transmission issue is still present and the truck is still shaking. The service manager and the general manager heard from the salesman that they would be in touch after I called and emailed him. It has been more than a week since I last heard from them and still have not heard anything back. This is a very disappointing experience for me

Everytime my car is in for a service something goes wrong... tech drops a part, they forget to put something back. In the last three visits I have accumulated 7 free oil changes as a sorry.

With a "Buy 3 tires, get 1 free" promotion, charged me for 4 tires - in a receipt: 5 tires plus labor, then 1 tire plus labor subtracted. All of this after verbal conformation from a service advisor that "promotion has been applied". $240.13 were returned by check eventually, but trust has been lost.
