Service was a simple swap, taking off the summer wheels and tires and replacing them with the winter set. I also asked that they balance the winter set prior to installation. I was able to schedule the appointment for the exact date and time I wanted. It took about as long as expected. The one thing I could suggest would be to have power available in the customer waiting areas. There are several spots available for waiting (among some VERY cool cars!), but none of them have power readily available to keep my laptop charged so I can work while I'm waiting.

Needed new tires for my Jeep Cherokee. Stephanie is always a pleasure to deal with. Had an awesome loaner car to use to get to work. My car was ready and waiting when I left work. I am very comfortable having my auto work done at Bouchards

I had an emergency situation that required a fast appointment. Having been told the service area was booked solid for 2 days I reached out to Jamie Rodriquenz. He took control of the situation and was able to get me in early the next morning. The issue was resolved and I was on my way in a very short time. That personal touch, making someone feel like they were top priority, is what makes me want to continue dealing with The Honda Store.

I needed to have some minor recall matters attended to and checked reviews for Kia dealers...Ron Bouchard's was the best and I traveled over an hour to get there...very impressed with the personnel and the service I received...and they even went above and beyond what I expected! I brought my new car in for warranty service because the Dealership I originally bought it from in Raynham was absolutely horrible. I received a warm professional welcome from Mike O. the Service Advisor. A quick look around the shop and I realized I could eat off the floor here. My work was performed immediately by true honest professionals. I have been to many dealers in my life and I have never ever had such a positive experience. They have earned a new customer. I will always return here for service. The shuttle service driver was really a fun guy with good stories. I really feel at home here and hope anyone reading this will follow my lead on this dealership.

I've had a front end accident last fall, and they did the body work at Sarat's Body Shop. I don't drive it much, so in the spring time when it got warmer, my A/C wasn't blowing cold, so I thought it may be related to the accident since the front end was all replaced. I have to say thank you to Penny in the Body Shop and Nicole in service. They were able to fix it without charging me, as it was related to the previous visit. I would recommend this dealership.
