We trust the mechanics, we like the service and feel comfortable working with the service desk. The work done on our PT Cruiser has been good and the prices have been fair. The waiting room could be better (quite cold in the winter) but is adequate. There is no high pressure sales talk.

I stopped by to have my battery replaced under the settlement to replace the undersized battery in all 2018 ish Subaru Outbacks. Usually I get my service at Patriots Subaru 40 miles away compared to Stateline at 5 miles away because the service dept at Stateline is consistently deplorable. Today was no different. I was told that because I get service at Patriot Sub I would need to have this battery recall done there. Then I was told to get my VIN as though I was inconveniencing this tech agent. For weeks I chatted w Courtney on buying a vehicle there. Not only will I never visit service there again I’d never consider buying there. How does this place stay in business. Would recommend neither service or sales. It’s all connected. Stay away. This isn’t the first or second time for poor service. Filed complaint w Subaru Corporate. Something in my chat w Corporate worker informed me complaints against Stateline are commonplace.

Molly Rouille, service advisor, knows my car and is always giving accurate, on time service. I purchased my car at another dealership but the service department was too much like a factory. Lance has the personal attention and accuracy that you want. I will shop for my next car at Lance.

After an extensive search for a particular GMC pickup with specific options Sudbay was found to have a truck that matched. A deposit was placed and the vehicle build-sheet was printed. After traveling a very long distance from out of state a truck was presented and paperwork was completed. When the truck was inspected certain options were not present. The VIN number didn’t match the build-sheet. This was not the truck that the deposit was meant to hold. The truck that we researched, reserved, traveled to purchase had been sold to another buyer, out from under us. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience...
