Purchased a brand new Ford Windstar from this dealer back in 1999. Performed routine required maintenance at the dealer for a couple of years. The engine siezed in the minivan shortly after we put 50,000 miles on it. Paul Clark Ford's service manager, a guy, a grouchy old guy maching around in an Army airborne sweater, was combative and argumentive when we tried to get the delership to help us defray the costs of rebuilding the engine. They could've easly went to bat for us at Ford Motor but instead he told us "we don't make any money on those cars anyway" and that it was our fault the minivan's engine siezed so tough luck. What a way to keep those customers happy Paul Clark! It was our fault for buying a Ford, which we'll never do again. And it was out fault for buying a vehicle from this lousy dealer, which we'll never do again. I would not recommend this dealer or the Ford brand to anyone. I'm buying Japanese from now on!

I have a brand new 2017 KIA Sorrento. The front bumper was scratched up. I took it to Quirk because it was new. They told me they would need to take it apart first. They would not order parts in advance. The insurance company looked at it and said there was no damage. The bumper skin needed to be replace. Quick told me 14 days plus before getting the car back. Boch Collision looked at the car and saw no damage either but a bumper skin. They ordered the bumper skin. It took 1 day. Took it apart and saw no damage. It took 5 days to get my car back.

This garage came highly recommended to us by a friend, and they were right on target! Robert is a skilled, friendly, and fair owner/operator of this shop. He gave us a hands-on inspection prior to the work, a recommendation of what needed to be done, an accurate estimate of bill, and a realistic timeframe of what to expect (which was very reasonable, especially for a shop his size).

Extremely disappointed !!! Received a post card in the mail with an oil special. Drove 35 miles to find out that it applied only to cars not trucks!!! Didn't say that at all on the post card. Then tried to use $10.00 coupon but was told the truck oil change was already a special and could not apply. NO where did it show up as a special any where . What a hoax!!!!! Post card had our vin number on it so they obliviously knew we owned a truck.

After an extensive search for a particular GMC pickup with specific options Sudbay was found to have a truck that matched. A deposit was placed and the vehicle build-sheet was printed. After traveling a very long distance from out of state a truck was presented and paperwork was completed. When the truck was inspected certain options were not present. The VIN number didn’t match the build-sheet. This was not the truck that the deposit was meant to hold. The truck that we researched, reserved, traveled to purchase had been sold to another buyer, out from under us. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience...

In past years with my old car due to unfortunate accidents I’ve been to a few auto body shops and they indeed manage to repair my car, however; they would take the full 30 days allowed for my rental so they could repair it regardless of the damage plus the paint job would not be to convincing…..This past November I was involved in a misfortunate accident…this time I had the car I’ve always strived to get…with that said I wanted to have it repair the same day…although I knew that was not realistic specially from previous experiences…So I decided to take it to Today’s collision…. Less than a week later I had my car all repaired and then some…I could not believe how efficient and expeditiously it was fixed….I give Today’s Collision three thumbs up for time and superb paint job!!!

Every time I went there, my car had to be kept overnight. Even for routine things. Had to go back at least three times every time because they do not fix the problem or they make new problems. I had my transmission fluid flushed as routine maintenance, and got stranded (requiring a tow) on the way home because they cracked the transmission. They charged the warranty company for the transmission. I got the car back, and got stuck again on the way home requiring another tow because they didn't put the transmission back together right. This is just one example. The area around anything they worked on would be scratched up and even dented. I picked it up once and it was backed into a pile of dirt taller than the car. I moved away and I go to a new dealer now, and every single thing they had touched (routine or otherwise) had to be repaired because it wasn't put back together right. I am still having problems with things related to things they worked on. They close at 6pm and lock the gates up some nights and if you are not there in time you are out of luck. When I bought the car from them they were very eager to charge me a fee to register the car etc, but after I bought it, their sales department wouldn't even acknowledge me; almost to the point of being rude when I asked them to help me with the registration process. My salesperson wouldn't return my calls, and nobody ever seemed to know where he was. He just wouldn't show up for work. Sales was like night and day before and after the purchase transaction. They even wanted to charge me to make a second key after they only gave me one key. I feel like I got a good deal on the car, but outside of the price I paid, their service and sales support are pretty bad. No consideration for your time. The people are nice (in service anyway, and sales as long as you are buying something), but I regret letting them touch my car. The service manager was a nice guy and knew what he was doing, but unless he was the one working on my car, it came back in rough shape. They just changed their name from Tom Chevrolet to Clay Chevrolet.
