Great service on a rare Chevrolet - gangreen ss
Had my car in for a scheduled oil change service Friday last week, mentioned to Josh (the service advisor) the infotainment system had a "LOCKED" message that morning, rendering navigation and all sound functions inoperable.
Josh checked the system, found a bulletin. Had the service tech look at the problem description and the service bulletin.
Long story short, the tech and service bulletin indicated the radio needed to be replaced. Fewer than 13,000 of these cars exist in the United States, so I figured I'd be waiting quite a while for tunes and maps.
Josh called Tuesday telling me the radio was in. I brought the car in late Wednesday so it could spend the night indoors to warm the plastics in the interior up before a radio-ectomy was performed.
Got the car back today, everything is perfect.
Josh, Steve (the driver of the shuttle) and tech(s) who worked on my car get spectacular grades for how quickly and professionally every aspect of the service procedure was handled.
