This was my first time taking my Chrysler to Raynham. I met one of the kindest employees ever at a dealership! I had a recall to update the powertrain software. About 100 ft before turning into the dealership, a woman driving a black truck raced around me, cutting me off. She was rude and parked in front of the door to drive thru. I am handicapped and she saw me get out of the car with my rollator. I first sat in the drive thru garage area, eventually went in the showroom area that Christopher guided me into.

In 2006 my wife and I were looking for a new replacement car. Checking the internet we found what we wanted at Cernak Buick in Easthampton Ma. The transaction went as smooth as anything I have ever seen. Both Ken, and his daughter, Jen outdid themselves in being polite, interested, professional and helpful to my wife and me. Since that time I have continuously brought this car and others that I own to their dealership and have found their service center to be as professional and helpful as their sales team. As of this date, 12/18/12, there is only one other review of this dealership on this web site. I have no idea who this other reviewer is and why such a negative review but my relationship with Cernak Buick has been one in which my wife and myself have been 100% satisfied.
